I have never written a complaint before, so sorry this is long. I was there today and placed my order for some food and two chocolate chip frappes blended 2X's with extra drizzle. I've been to this McDonald's before and have gotten them that way with no problem. Today I ordered at 3:15, when I pd I didn't get a hi or you're welcome after I got my change and said thank you to the cashier. The second window the girl giving out the food was nice. When we tried our drinks we realized they weren't blended twice and they didn't have the extra drizzle I pd for so I went around and told the nice girl, she brought over the manager(young and had a light blue shirt) and she was extremely rude. I was in no way confrontational. Yet she had a pissed off look like I was the inconvenience. I explained to her that I got charged for extra drizzle and she tells me with an attitude that it's on the top. Which it wasn't, I order one everyday and the drizzle will be all around the inside of the cup and on top, but her rude response was that it is extra and everyone does it different. Ok, I can understand that if you minus the attitude. So she takes the drinks and tells me to pull up. So, I wait again. A friendly guy brings me the drinks as he leaves I take a sip(still not blended twice, but I don't care at this point), and my drink is a regular frappe not a chocolate chip one. So, I get out and walk up to the drive thru since there are no other cars in line and let them know what the problem is. The mgr lady doesn't even acknowledge me. I go back to the truck and wait again. At this point it is now 3:42. I couldn't wait any longer bc my girls had an dr.'s appt at 3:30 so I was already really late. So, I walk in and decide to wait there. I see a man in a green shirt and when he turns around I ask if he's a manager. With the rudest look you could possibly give somebody he says "yeah!" So, I explain to him why I'm upset and he could care less. And rudely says they're making it. I ask if he understands my frustration bc I have s dr.'s appt that I'm really late to and my drink order keeps getting messed up, I've at this point been waiting for 35mins, and I've had to walk in now to pick it up. He rudely shrugs his shoulders and says "well it's being made". I keep my cool and ask if he has a mgr and again in a really rude tone says "nope I'm the boss!" I ask if he's the owner and says "nope, but I'm the GM and it's the highest it gets". So, I ask for the number to corporate and he says with an attitude to "get it from the cup". I ask for his name and he snaps back "Pete". I ask if there's a business card and he rudely reiterates to get it from the cup. I told him that he's the general manager and this is how he responds to customers, and again a shrug says "well you had a complicated order." I told him that I've always ordered it like that and have never had a problem and again with his rude tone says "uh I've never heard of that." Then he turns his back on me and continues to do whatever he was doing before. As I walk away I hear the lady mgr say "ugh" and I can hear them complain about me. Then it made sense on why she and the cashier are rude, it's bc they have no example being set by the person the owners entrusted to to run their business. How can he be a GM and not even apologize to a customer for a mistake they made not once, but twice. How can he be a GM and treat the customer like crap and be on a power trip and in a way belittle the customer and make them feel like their business isn't needed? How can he expect his employees to learn customers service skills if he's not even close to setting the example? He's supposed to be a leader and teach the employees excellent customer service skills, especially in the Food Industry. With a position like a GM, he should know that he's there to exceed the customer's expectations. I called corporate and hope the owner calls me and not Pete. I missed my appt so my frappes cost me $55!!😢 I will start going to the McDonalds down the street everyday, even if it is out of my way. They are...
Read moreI don't know what the disconnect is at this location. I placed my order in the mobile app. I was at the window at 10:27 and proceeded to sit there while no one spoke. Meanwhile, the person that came 2 minutes after me was served in the other lane.
Then they can't find my order because apparently they're no longer serving breakfast even though the app automatically recognized I was there and checked me in. Which again happened because they sat me at the window at the speaker with no one acknowledging the presence.
Then I go in to try and see about what happened. It's now 10:32 and they still can't see the order in the system. I have their assurance. I'll be refunded even though it's already showing on my credit card.
But for extra added annoyance they told me that was not their address and that I placed the order at the wrong location. So I had to go out front, take a picture of their own address and show it to them.
Also when I said I'd come in and talk to them because I didn't want to back up their drive-thru window, the manager never showed up at the counter to come speak to me. I had to ask and have someone come. I don't normally get this angry or leave bad reviews but you guys just screwed up over and over and over and you deserve this one...
Read moreI just went through drive this morning at 6am I ordered 1 large oreo frappe and 1 large mocha frappe, when I told girl who handed me my frappe that one of these should be an oreo frappe so where are the sprinkled oreos she tried to tell me they were underneath my whip cream, there are absolutely no oreo frappe, i don't like mocha because it's too much mocha for me. I tried to explain to her several this doesn't look like an oreo frappe. So I try to just trust what she says. This lady who hardly spoke much English, definitely lied to me. In the car my lids fell off because they were not put on correctly. Which made a big mess in my car. Once I got to work I checked my receipts and they did screw up, my receipts says 2 mocha frappes. The guy taking my order was very kind and respectful heard my correctly I saw my correct order on the screen. I'm very upset , I come to this McDonald's all the time and so do my co workers.
