Nicky's Gyros Lockport — Restaurant in Lockport

You guys were definitely off your game on Thursday. Went about 2:30 , , got a giant Gyros special, fried cauliflower, and basil cheese curds. My elderly mom and I split the giant Gyros. I was going to eat mine later I was just leaving the house when I gave her hers and I asked her how it was and she said it was not good. She said the meat was very dry and she couldn't even eat it and she said the sauce didn't taste like it usually did. I thought she was just being picky. The cauliflower and the cheese curds were amazing! I had some errands to run and when I was a friend for a while came home to eat mine which is not out of the ordinary for me and she was right on the meat was very dry like it was sitting out and the sauce had a twang to it I don't know if it's bad I'm really hoping not but it almost had like a spicy twang which I've never tasted before and we eat there very often. This was the first time I've ever had a problem I just wanted to give you a heads up to maybe look into what happened yesterday so it won't happen again tomorrow for future customers. I used to have alot of respect for this family owned business been coming for 15 years atleast my dad was friends with one of the owners from the flea market but today they lost a customer Went for my wife's lunch i asked for a cheeseburger meal ketchup onion only the other ketchup pickle only i again repeated at the window and i get my meal and it has mustard on them both and pickles on both so I brought it back in the restaurant and said hey these were wrong could i please just have them remade which again i has only ten min to get back to work so the owner goes with a condescending attitude “i asked you at the window and I changed it to that” but i never said that idk where she kept getting mustard from anyway she basically said i didn't say that which is rude you should just make things like that right for a customer i work in food I understand things happen but no need to belittle me and have a attitude i will surely take my business elsewhere definitely don't see them two lasting...

Was in the area and googled food near me, this popped up at the top of my results so took the 3mile drive. When I got there the parking lot was near empty and we thought it was closed. It was however open, we ordered our food right away and took about 10 or so mins to have it ready. My chicken sandwich was okay, nothing bad nothing great. The fries were bland to me, although others with me disagreed and liked them. Everyone's food was also okay. This is a nice area joint for some fast food. I wouldn't make this a destination visit for me or take another 3 mile drive for it but it I'm in the area I might give it another shot. Also has a drive thru window for those now wanting to come out the car. Cashier staff seemed a bit "reserved" when taking our order but polite. Price point for the food was a tad higher then I'd expect for a fast food...
