Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Locust Grove

I am absolutely livid with this experience. I placed a pizza order 12 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery for a class of students at a school. The delivery was supposed to arrive over an hour before it was eventually canceled — and I was never informed. No call, no voicemail, nothing. I only found out after scrambling for service and receiving a message from the teacher that no pizza had arrived.

When I went to the store in person, there was only one employee working, who casually told me she had called but didn’t leave a voicemail — I let her know it is unprofessional to not leave a voicemail and call someone an hour and 30 minutes after the delivery time to tell me your canceling my order and didn’t have the decency to leave a voicemail and she says like I said I called and showed zero concern that I had never received the call. I explained the order was for a school, and she made it clear she didn’t care. When I asked for the manager or general manager’s contact, she said they wouldn’t care either.

This wasn’t just a late delivery — it was a complete failure that left an entire class without food, and me scrambling at the last minute. It was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable. If you’re a business that offers delivery, especially for pre-scheduled orders, then you need to follow through or at the very least communicate...

We're going to go to Stars for this place, simply for the fact that I ordered it off GrubHub. There's a little checkbox to ask to include plates and utensils and napkins.

News flash, if you're delivering food to a hotel, chances are your customer needs plates and utensils and napkins.

I had to have my food sit for 20 minutes while I went to go hunt down a friggin fork and napkins. So you guys might want to start paying attention.

The food is mediocre. I eat a lot of mediterranean, this is sort of like a fast food version, sort of like a Denny's of Mediterranean if you will.

Can't say much for the atmosphere of this place, because like I said I had it delivered. But I can tell you that I'll never find out firsthand now.

We ordered the pizza online from a hotel while my family was traveling. I checked on the order and it said it had been delivered 10 minutes prior and we did not have it. I called the store and the driver not only did not text me when they were on their way like I requested, but they marked it as delivered but “couldn’t find the address.” Well GPS brought us here just fine from Naples, FL. The guy who answered the phone pulled up my order from my phone number, but nobody text like we requested or called when there was an issue?
