Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Locust Grove

Ordered from this location today and had the worst experience ever. We have ordered from them several times in the past and never had a problem like this. Placed a phone order for my family while I was away. Called back to confirm that the order went through because I received an error message. The worker confirm the order went through and she stated that it was being delivered. 30 min later I received a call from the delivery driver asking for my address and directions. I thought this was odd but went with it assuming he is new or doesn't know how to use a GPS. Another 30min goes by no order, the delivery driver calls back asking for directions again talking about his GPS is pulling up an Alabama address. MY HOUSE IS LITERALLY 15MINS AWAY FROM PIZZA HUT!!! I called my husband to confirm if the order has arrived finally the order shows up a few minutes later. I called back to the location and asked to speak to the manager. He never comes to the phone but passes a message to the worker to tell me to refuse the order to get a refund. We waited close to an hour just to have food delivered from a location 15MINS AWAY only to be told to send it back. Unfortunately my kids started eating so while I'm on my way home I asked my husband to call back and inform the location he was told to bring the food back for a refund. The girl running the register, Armiriva, didn't know how many pieces of garlic bread came with an order. She seemed to have difficulty placing the order in the computer. She acted as if taking my order was not what she wanted to be doing. I asked for double orders of garlic cheese bread and a family order of cheese sticks. She looked at me like I was ordering too much. Another staff member, Misty, had to come over and take over. Misty was very friendly and helpful. I ONLY ordered garlic cheese bread and cheese sticks. I waited 40 minutes!! 40 minutes for cheese bread! I was told 10-15 minutes when I placed my order. While I sat waiting, another customer came in to place an order. They ordered bread sticks. I heard Armirva ask the customer if she wanted a double order. The customer said no. Then Armirva said, "I'm asking cause another customer wanted double orders and I was like (and she rolled her eyes), but I just left it alone." She was talking about me. I couldn't believe she was standing there talking about me when I was sitting right in front of her! When my order FINALLY came out there was barely any cheese on the garlic bread. It was ridiculous. $36 for cheese bread. 40 minute wait. Only to be talked about in front of me. No thanks. I have no intentions on returning to...

We came to use my daughters coupon she received from school for a free personal pan pizza and for my other kids birthday they wanted Pizza Hut. Everyone ordered personal pans and they came back and said they only had one crust so we changed our order and were just gonna get the free personal pan pizza to use the coupon and do the others as half and half. The server came back again and told me they did not have the crust for the personal pizza and we would have to change our order again. I asked if I would get a discount since they didn’t have the pizza for the coupon. She said I could not use the coupon and would have to use it another time. I had to wait 20 minutes to speak to a manager who ended up making everything medium for the price of personal pans.
