I come to this location almost every day. Today I decided to go inside and sit down to enjoy my coffee, however the extremely cold, rude and thoughtless employees made me go back out to my car and want to not visit this location again. Lisha took my order and although she greeted me and told me to enjoy she sounded insincere and miserable. I asked for a café misto with almond milk and she repeated back to me “cafe misto” and I said yes please, with almond milk. I did not get it with almond milk and when I asked for my order to get fixed because it was made wrong, which I thought was something Starbucks prided itself in, another employee, shayla, clarified that it’s not the case at this location. She tried to tell me when I order on the app I can change it but I told her I came in and asked for it with almond milk, she asked lisha if I had asked for it with almond milk and she said no. I have worked customer service in the past and never would I have questioned the customer or accuser them of lying, that’s not how customer service jobs go. Now these employees deserve a raise because having to remake my drink how I ordered it was too expensive and she forced me to get a refund and place my order at the register again. She then proceeded to tell Lisha how ridiculous I was as they laughed at me in my face, now I don’t mind paying for almond milk, I come here everyday to buy coffee WITH almond milk, I am aware of the extra cost and I pay for my lactose intolerance every time, I can afford it. I can afford a $7 coffee every single day, sometimes twice a day. Having these employees laugh at me while I’m standing there, and then tell their other coworkers is just not a welcoming...

If you are expecting at least a smile, a "you're welcome", or basic human niceties, you've come to the wrong place. Which is really weird for me...I've usually had excellent customer service at other Starbucks. Ok...and apparently I was lied to as well? Someone help me out here... Details: Ordered my drink (easy drink: Venti hot chocolate with cinnamon dolce syrup...that's it.) She said they have no cinnamon dolce syrup. I asked if that was just here or everywhere. She said everywhere. I went with cinnamon powder and whipped cream instead. I said thank you...... Drove to window. I was handed my drink....I said thank you...window closed...she said nothing obviously. I had to mime that I wanted a stopper through the closed window. She handed it to me, again in silence of course...I said thank you annnnnd window closed. No receipt, no whipped cream. Sooooo....if there is no cinnamon dolce "anywhere"...how do they make the cinnamon dolce latte...I only ever order one thing, so I'm curious about this...Though I'm never ordering from here again; problem solved.

Read moreI have never been so humiliated and disrespected in my life at a large corporation that brings in billions of dollars. Three police officers were called on me because the Manager wanted me to leave because I didn’t want to make a purchase in 5 to 10 minutes. She told me that was their policy, I called corporate. I spoke with Jeff. I informed him that she was calling the police on me and the situation and I asked Jeff do you guys have a policy in place that says that I have to purchase within 5 or 10 minutes of me entering Starbucks, or I have to be escorted off the premises, he explained to me no! He told me that the district manager would be reaching out to me within 24 hours. I asked the police officers what was her reason for asking me to leave the premises and the officer stated she did didn’t state a reason. I have everything on video and they are aware that they were being recorded, corporate also knows that I was recording and the officer explained to me that she did not have to have a reason to ask me to leave. I go to the same location every day. I never committed a crime. I never disturbed the peace. I do my work.
