Simplee Boba — Restaurant in Loma Linda

I ordered two drinks, they usually give you a card if you ask for it to get a $5 discount, they stamp it every time you purchase a drink, one stamp per drink, once your card has been fully stamped up to 10 stamps they usually give you a free drink so I was expecting my free drink today since I ordered online I came in to pick up my drinks and needed only two more stamps the girl said I needed to get it stamped the next time I purchased in the store so I asked doesn’t it count if I purchase online also? She said “umm ya” so then she stamped it. This was a younger girl that is probably new there. So I said cool thanks but I felt like I had to explain to her how it works. So then I asked if I can get for my free drink a Thia tea since it was fully stamped, I usually always get a free drink but she said no I couldn’t get one until I came back another day to purchase again so I can get a free drink, I’ve been here several times and I’ve never been told this before. Maybe this is the right way but I was given attitude and I felt embarrassed as if I was begging for a free drink. The card doesn’t give you any instructions explaining that. I wish it did so in wouldn’t of made a fool out of myself and avoid the rudeness. Also she wasn’t wearing her mask I’m not saying this because of the situation that happened to me but they usually always have on their masks maybe she forgot. She is the boss I think she’s the oldest looking one there around her early 40’s. At the end of the day I still got my free drink since I had my bf do a walk in for me as a different costumer. I can understand why they have those rules but not the attitude. They lost a regular costumer from now one I’ll just go to...

My husband and I love the drinks from here. To simplee put it, their thai tea, honeydew slush, and coffee horchata are our favorites . I love the fact that you can adjust the sweetness levels for the drinks (majority of their drinks you can adjust the sweetness) and their milk substitutes are great for those who are lactose but still want to enjoy some milk teas. Food wise, my husband loves the carne asada fries and I order their garlic noodles which is very filling.

Their staff is always welcoming when we've gone there to get drinks, the ladies that work in front do a amazing job. With Covid finding stores with open bathroom is hard. Simplee has their bathroom closed but there was one instance were we had my 6 year old son with us and he needed to go to the bathroom, after I asked and they told me it was closed, we were about to leave and the male employee saw my son and noticed he was holding it in and saw it was an emergency...he let my son use the bathroom and for that I can't thank Simplee and that young man enough for doing that.

I found Simplee Boba when I was staying in San Bernardino during summer, thank goodness for Ubereats delivery! We definitely ordered a few times a week!

I've only physically visited a few times since we moved up the mountain. However I appreciate that they are literally right off the freeway and open 7 days a week. Very friendly service each time I have been there and appreciate that I can order ahead on google and pick up real quick.

Variety of flavors of tea, smoothies, frapps, appetizers and food, great easy accessibility that I can't find anywhere else. Appreciate and smart choice for sealed vs regular lids that can come off for prevention of spills. You can customize with size, level of sweetness, add boba or not and a nice list of toppings to mix to drinks!
