McDonald's — Restaurant in London

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Rude service, cold food, (no SALT on the fries either) no receipt given - all at an 11am drive thru with empty lobby (Covid rule) and empty drive thru (warning in itself) Rarely do I eat fast food these days but when I do I gotta have a Big Mac and a promotion was going on - signage was misrepresentative as it simply implied purchase one BM get one BM for $1 so I ordered a large Big Mac Meal with an extra big Mac. When cashier barked out the total to us at the window, as we weren't given the expected courtesy of reviewing our order at the speaker, I had to remind myself I wasn't at Longhorn before politely asking how was my total that HIGH and the frosty ill tempered cashier condescendingly explained for the promotion a Big Mac meal deal didn't count as a Big Mac sandwich - at all - only the purchase of a singular Big Mac sandwich would do. Okay, theirs is apparently an unique location, good for them. After surviving their drive thru we pulled aside and parked to have lunch - upon third bite into my extremely expensive Big Mac, a long hair protruded from sandwich to my mouth (quickly expelled all). I bagged it all back up and spent 10 minutes attempting to return their version of a Big Mac Meal plus one. We started out in the drive thru. It was taking so long to move, we decided to try the app and thought it'd be quicker. After already waiting five minutes in line, I had enough time to download and install the app, create an account, and had my order placed and checked in before the line moved 2 car lengths. After checking in, my husband waited for 30 minutes inside on our food along with several other people who waited just as long. After reading the Google reviews for this location on 8/17/18, it seems several people have the same problem. He witnessed the employees complaining, saying they "we're just gonna leave and go home," saying they were going to use McNuggets from an order that someone didn't pick up (that had already been bagged) for another order, handling the food with bare hands and no gloves, all the while, the shift manager was doing absolutely nothing.

We were at this location for a total of about 45 minutes waiting on a to-go order. This is singlehandedly the worst service we have EVER received at a McDonald's.

I have worked in the food business for years. This McDonald’s is the worst in all areas. This place should be shut down! What are the gloves for if you are going to touch your sweaty face and hair and then touch food! These ppl need real training. Cold food that is bacteria ridden because food sitting in heating units too long. What about the employees that move so slow due to drug use! I don’t trust these ppl. Food is never right and only once got a hot meal after being here several times but the service has always been .. no service. Took a lady 10 min to take a simple order of two crispy chicken with light mayo. She could NOT GET THE ORDER RIGHT! Then today hot cookies served straight out the oven in a box that was not closed at the bottom and had to wait 30 min. Then Handed to us The box only to collapse and hot cookie over my husband and I! Literally straight out the oven. Are they not supposed to have been prepare then just heated or even a warning…HOT COOKIES! the lady so high or too stupid to close the box! the cookies were hot out the oven and stacked so they stuck together and wasn’t even done!!!
