Hi I would like to let you know I’ve been coming to your place for the last 24 or 26 years because I used to work at Comerica Bank and these whole Plaza where you located used to own by the Wang Partnership which the wife of Johns is one of my friend. Anyway I just want you I let you know we’ve always been looking forward to have your chicken . When we used to live her in Ling Beach we order or go to your place once a month but since we live in Riverside now we’re always looking forward to eat Charo chicken bec. We know your chicken is 100 x better than El Pollo loco. I do t know what happened today something has changed the chicken was not that flavorful. I don’t know if you guys marinate them or seasoned them well because today the chicken meat has no flavor at all . I’m not sure if you’re getting your chicken from a different Company or something is not right. We were very frustrated eating the chicken today. I hope you guys can switch it back how it was before. That’s a no no they only have a carton halfway only not covering the whole area to protect the cleaner that they’re using to spray or splatter on the chicken.
