Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Long Beach

This Robeks is a chill spot. There are a couple of tables and a decent amount of hard chairs. There are usually samples available for customers. In my experience, their customer service is on point. Depending on the direction one is coming from, the store is not simple to access (or see) due to its location. There's not much parking directly in front of the store though a lot of parking within walking distance of the store.

I've come to learn if Robeks (at least this location) has the ingredients to make a recipe that is not (visually) on the menu, they will make it upon request. The Almond Delight is really really tasty. If it's not visible on the menu, ask if the ingredients are available. It's worth learning the recipe to make it myself tasty. It’s crazy how expensive these things have gotten and the fact that their payment kiosk still nags at you to add a hefty tip on top of that! But I guess this is supposed to be a meal replacement and not a snack so they are charging what you’d pay for a meal anywhere else. I really do love the vast selection of smoothie flavors and mixes here. There are so many that sound great. I’d try them all if they weren’t so pricey but since I usually only come once a month or so I stick to my old faithful and fairly healthy Age Buster. It’s super yummy and has a lot of good nutrition in it. My spouse jumps around to different flavors more than me and he is always happy with what he gets. Cleanliness: 10/10

Service: 10/10 The workers are always super friendly, patient and helpful. They’re usually very knowledgeable about their menu and are quick to admit if they’re still in training. I’ve never had a problem with waiting or customer service at this location.

Drink options: 10/10 I love that they have a BYOB option. I make myself a detox protein smoothie and I love it. Plenty of options and they’re the only smoothie spot I know of that provides pea protein (which is the only protein powder I can tolerate). Their juices and wellness shots are always made fresh!
