i wish i could give more stars as my experience with the ultrasound was great. i paid over $200 for the pampered belly duo. being 8 months pregnant i couldn’t pass an opportunity for a prenatal massage. i didn’t want to have both services the same day so i had scheduled my massage for friday then the scan for the following wednesday. friday morning i get a call a couple hours before my app that the massage therapist had an emergency and had to cancel, a little bummed out i understood things happen. i rescheduled for tuesday 2:30, i show up 5 minutes before 2:30 and am waiting for the massage therapist, 2:40- nothing, 2:50-nothing. there was 0 communication about the tardiness as i was left in a other room just waiting. as i had another appointment after my massage i was about to get up and leave and the therapist walks in apologizing, not really giving a reason for being half an hour later, my massage didn’t get started till 2:56… now my scan the next day with jackie was great and she was so sweet and made the experience what it was. i understand things happen but to be cancelled on then the therapist be drastically late for my massage i wish i would have just saved my money and got my scans only. i wish my massage was an experience like the other great reviews as i couldn’t really enjoy it & relax thinking about how late i was going to be for my other appointment during the...

I am so deeply grateful for the amazing experiences I've had with Mommy 4D. This is our third pregnancy but first baby, after loss there's so much anxiety worrying if baby is still okay in there. I've visited Mommy 4D for several peace of mind ultrasounds and the entire staff has been kind, caring and professional. I also love the ease of making an appointment with them.

Most recently we tried to get 4D images of our sweet baby to share at our baby shower, but he made it very difficult for the techs and hid the whole time. The staff at Mommy 4D had me and my husband come back for an after hours re-scan with the owner. She was skilled, friendly and patient and got beautiful images of our son. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life, both seeing my son's face for the first time and experiencing such a sincere moment of kindness and humanity.

This is absolutely the kind of ultrasound clinic Long Beach needs, one where everyone feels welcome and supported. They really care about the community in a way you don't see anymore, any other place would've told me "sorry about your luck" when my baby was hiding his face. Not only did I receive a top-notch ultrasound, but I also took advantage of other services like prenatal massage, which was absolutely heavenly. Additionally, the stuffed animal with my baby's heartbeat is such a precious keepsake that I will cherish forever.
