To begin with I have worked in the Resturant Industry for years , I know how a customer should be treated and how they should not be treated. Rule number one You DO NOT ARUGE with the customer. Your Delivery Man “Luis “ did just that . It all started when the lady who took my order over the phone sounded like she was under the influence of some sort of Something , she little to knowledge of what the delivery specials were. She places me on hold to ask someone else.. 2nd when I finally did get my pizza the pizza looked sloppy and undercooked. I know From Past experience that papa johns will give you paper plates sometimes 10 plates Etc. When I asked the driver in person for plates he responded with a terrible atttuide “No you didn’t order it “ and walked away . I called to complain about the state of the pizza and the driver , I was met with the SAME driver with a even worse attitude . He started to argue with me over a point that wasn’t valid . I was not calling for Plates I was calling to state a complain. Luis was irate and completly Unprofesional Terrible service . He should be fired I spoke with the manger to let him know that I will be contacting cooperate ....
Read moreTo date, I can only speak of receiving decent customer service here. On Christmas, I don't take any food with me after spending time with a bit of family (🤔-- I know right). It's getting nearer to evening and I'm getting hungrier. I go to the super market and find the doors shut. I call a couple of places and receive no responses indicating they are open. While driving, I notice Papa John's is open. The extra cheese and mushrooms make the slices tastes even better. Shake the Garlic Sauce before opening it. Bite the pepper any time during the meal 👀.
