Del Taco — Restaurant in Long Beach

The service is getting worse. It takes a very long time for orders to be received. Tonight, I came in to order food to go. The lady at the counter was counting money and didn't greet me. I assumed she was changing.out a till so I didn't want to bother her. After a long while she finally mumbles something to me, I look at her in co fusion as I couldn't hear her and she says I can help you in a low agitated voice I could barely hear. I went to start my order and she had to add " you were just staring at me" . I was about to tell her how she never even greeted me when I entered so I had no idea she was ready to take an order. But I felt it very rude of her to say that so I just left. Doubt I'll use this del taco ever again. UPDATE: the response by this establishment is laughable. They clearly do not care about their customers. Clearly they did not read anything I wrote. Pathetic. I was on the fence. Now I will not use that del taco...

I just tried to order food at 1 am on a Friday morning. The store had the lights off with about 5-7 people inside not responding to the customers waiting at the order at the speaker. The lady ahead of me drove threw the line then I tried my luck and no one responded. Then while I drive past I look inside and the restaurant area had about 4-7 people inside sitting in the dark. I slow down and someone waves me away. I drive further and decide to take a photo one of the workers unlock the door and run outside to tell me it’s illegal to take photos of them..... so clearly they were doing something wrong. I just want to warn the people if they are allowed to hang out in the buisness and stop serving customers during their open hours something is up. The kid with bleached tipped hair told me they close at 12 but clearly google and yelp weren’t notified.... it looked more like they locked up to...

I like this place. The food is good at an affordable price. In a good location and very easy to spot this Del Taco is usually clean and diner ready...the staff here is courteous, professional and willing to help you...all that means nothing if their food was not good tasting...I enjoy their 2 for $5 burritos which you can mix and match...I also enjoy the Del Burger...their food is clean, very, very, very affordable and its tasty...how can you go wrong...keep in mind that this store is next to a Carl's jr., Jack N the Box, Inn N Out, and other fast food places...for this Del Taco to do well around such competition says alot...theres a Pollo Loco and a Denny's near by too...come here when you meed a change if cuisine, greater variety, good tasting food thats clean and...
