My boyfriend wanted a sub and suggested this Jersey Mike’s (he got a sub here for the first time last week and said it was the best ever) .. after ordering the sub for him I went to pay with my debit card and the machine didn’t work (“it’s an old machine”) the employee had me try and swipe my card probably 8 or 9 times and then another time on the other register (i has just used my debit card probably 5 minutes earlier so there was nothing wrong with my card) but I humored the employee and tried another time with my credit card.
And of course I had no cash on me, so I was forced to have to get back in my car and drive to the atm around the corner to pull out cash, which is enough of a hassle already, but what really got to me was that I was charged a transaction fee for having to pull out the cash.
I did ask for a discount when I got back, thought I shouldn’t of had to- that I would have just been offered one, but the employee did give me a free large drink with my sub. okay.
and i was expecting to have “the best sub ever”, and when I got home it was nothing to write home about, my boyfriend was unpleased as they didn’t even do it “Mike’s Way” as I had asked for (and the employee who made my sub verified with me twice if it were to be that way)
won’t be coming back.
and on a side not, there is a sign on the front door that says they do not accept any bills over $20, so make sure you are properly prepared to purchase your order before...
Read moreI would like to give Travis a shout out because after placing an order online, I made the mistake of having the oil and vinegar inside the sandwich, when I wanted on the side. I was calling Jersey Mike’s to get a hold of them after I placed the order but the call never connected. After explaining my situation to the front lady, she basically told me my sandwich was already made and laughed basically insinuating that there’s nothing she can do. I kept explaining that I was trying to call but the line never connected. Travis stepped in and asked if I would like my sandwich remade which I asked please if they can and he did. Thank you for turning my almost sour experience very sweet.

I’m shocked to see any negative reviews on here in regard to service.
