Mr. Pete's Burgers — Restaurant in Long Beach

I don't like to leave bad reviews... but this is another business establishmen that I have to say If you go to the comments section, you can see some of the communitys most complaints... over price, food is okay but not worth the prices...this morning December the 10th .... I asked for a cheese and eggs burrito....it comes with cheese and potatoes for almost $13 dollars... I asked if I could substitute the cheese and the potatoes for just two extra eggs... she said, let me ask,came back and said no, sorry we can't do it... so I paid over $16 dollars for a very small burrito 🌯... I was very disappointed... and the way they don't respond to comment, tell's me something about the manger or owners....we support this business in our community with our hard earned money... friends and family support this business.... question is why,we the community have to come together and stop supporting Mr Petes burger 🍔.... it's always up to us ✊ P.S ... while writing my review, I had my burrito and that's why I was able to tell you how small it was? So after writing my review, I took one bite and something was wrong... they did not prepare my burrito the way I requested, so admittedly, I went back, I was thinking about getting my money back after I wrote the review and then this happened.... but I will tell you one thing? They will never get my business ever again, I have been raised in Long Beach and there are way more better places to get food for a decent price..... over $16 dollars for a small burrito 🌯 lolol 😂 It's okay,no it's not okay....as a matter of fact, this isn't the first time someone came up off of me...we call it a loss, and sometimes we take losses in life But just take heed to these comments before you choose any business establishment to see the comments section and what the community has to say about the establishment.... trust me.....it can...

Up until yesterday, my experience with Pete's Burgers had been great. The food was always good and the staff was friendly, courteous, and I think, honest. My daughter ate there with a friend yesterday afternoon. When she got home, she realized she'd left her backpack. She called and was told no backpack had been found. However, only ten minutes had passed and she knew it had to be there.

We went back. The cashier replied, "Oh, you are the one that called, right?" We replied that were and were told, “Well it's not here and we just came in at 3.” When I asked to have their 24 hour camera reviewed, he said the staff could not view the camera, only the owner. Another employee standing next to him said, "It won't matter, the only thing he will be able to tell you is what the person was wearing." I then asked to speak to the owner. I was told he won't be in until tomorrow, and that I could call him then. I insisted that I be able to leave the owner a note and asked if they had asked everyone. The cashier then turned to the cook, speaking to him in Spanish. The cook, answering him in English, said, "Its right there!" The backpack was behind the counter, on an open shelf, which was directly in front of both employees who told me it was NOT there. The credit cards and identification were still there but the...

Very disappointed I used to come here since second grade it was good. now It's just sad I spent $13.84 on a pastrami combo which when I was charged I was a little surprised but I went for it. you never know they could be using better quality meat. Not the case. I took one bite of the pastrami and it was not Good at all. I couldn't even finish the first half and I was hungry.... so I ate most of the fries... I hate spending my hard earn money on Horrible food. If the meat gets old you guys have to take the lost not push it to the costumers... I should of got a chicken salad maybe that is still good... I will never know.... subway pastrami is so much better... the money I spent I could of had a steak meal. You guys raise the price. You will lose customers.......... HIGHER PRICES LOWER QUALITY FOOD.... BAD CHOICES... I SHOULD OF GONE TO Raising Cane's chicken fingers $6.98 for the box lunch 4 Pieces of Finger chicken coleslaw bread and drink. Dont I feel dum now... dam... SINCERELY...
