Noble Rotisserie, a restaurant formed because the owner has 2 sons with life threatening food allergies, and after discovering the difficulty of dining out with dietary restrictions, decided to open an establishment with delicious food in a fully transparent environment. Noble serves Pasturebird chicken, which are pasture-raised & free of GMO's, antibiotics, drugs & additives. Not to be outdone, the kitchen is free of tree nuts (excluding coconut), dairy, peanuts, fish/shellfish.
Dining here on 2 separate occasions, I made sure to utilize my promos before they expired.
Chicken bone broth (cup)- Ordering a cup, I imagined receiving a small little miso soup type container of broth. Surprisingly, I was given a good size bowl of delicious broth. Nourishing & fortifying, the chicken bone broth was light & smooth sipping.
Chicken noodle soup (cup)- Again, I expected a dainty little cup of soup. However, a hearty & plentiful bowl of chicken noodle soup welcomed me to lunch. The noodles, which do contain gluten, & shredded pieces of chicken were generous, accompanied with carrots & celery. Adding a spritz of lemon, I found the soup to be rather tart, contrasted with the bone broth from the previous visit. Still enjoyable, I think I'd omit the citrus juice, next time.
Service was excellent. Noble Rotisserie is a fast causal restaurant, guests ordering at the register, and the food brought to tables once ready. I very much appreciated the communal sink right by the entrance, so guests can wash their hands pre/post meal, w/o having to go the restrooms. Noble Rotisserie is located at the south end of 2nd & PCH, next to Boba Guys & adjacent to Barry's.
Noble Rotisserie had a couple killer promos for me, and I was content with what I had. It's great to have a food option that tries to have menu items which everyone can eat, although they do have items with gluten, a common food allergy for most people. If in the area, Noble Rotisserie is a good option when searching for a...
Read moreWhile shopping at 2nd and PCH, hubby and I started to get hungry. We wanted something light and not too heavy. While seeing the options within the plaza, we saw Noble Bird Rotisserie. We went ahead and looked at their menu and decided to give it a try.
When we entered, we were greeted and ordered our food right away. We went with a whole rotisserie chicken, street corn, roasted potatoes, and hummus. For drinks, I got a frose that came in a cute pouch, and hubby went with the watermelon mint lemonade. After we had ordered, we went to grab a table. They offer plenty of seating options both inside and outside.
Our food came out quickly, and we dived right into it. The chicken was ok; nothing really stood out about it; it was just a plain ordinary rotisserie chicken to me. The street corn was way too spicy for me. I took one bite and called it quits. The hummus was good, and the potatoes were yum. My frose was spot on! Hubby didn’t seem to like the watermelon mint lemonade very much.
Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, they had lots of amble seating, the food was done quickly, and the place had a good vibe. I would come back to try...
Read moreIt's been on my list since it opened and I am so glad we came. The outdoor seating is perfect especially during Covid and on a Monday at lunch. A nice break from the heat in the valley. Noticed they had Boochcraft on tap, when I'm not driving I am definitely ordering. The masked woman at the front was super helpful when we came in as she gave us a menu. My cousin S ordered us a half chicken, potatoes and crimini mushrooms with shaved brussel sprouts. Can I say they take GF seriously! I am grateful It's marked on their menu and the employees do not look at you with a blank stare when a question is asked. The mushroom side with shaved brussel sprouts was amazing, the chicken was good and the potatoes mostly tasted like "yesterday's potatoes" which isn't good, however the manager was extremely accommodating. We were able to try the G sauce which was also yummy, but didn't help the potatoes, however being accommodated will bring us back. I'll just avoid the potatoes next time. Generally not something I would normally order (my cousin picked). Perhaps the śtreet corn with G-sauce... Anyway I will be back because it's a gem that so far isn't so crowded which is good for me but not...
