The fried chicken is spectacular, but there just isn’t enough of it. You get very small chicken fingers, and the rest of the plate is just fries and bread. The sauce is good, but definitely overrated thanks to tiktok, it mostly tastes like vinegar, pretty good yes, but not the mystical experience people make it out to be. Fries are good and they offer free refills on drinks. This is in a great location, near a parking lot with plenty of other stores around. The place itself is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. Ordering is easy, and it’s usually not too busy. The bathroom is clean, there are plenty of tables, and the atmosphere is relaxed.

I’ve only ever had canes once before, and it was in a mall in Portland Oregon, nothing super crazy. God damn was this experience different. This was my first time being in an actual canes, and I absolutely love the atmosphere, and this time I was told by two canes veterans what to get; A Big Box with extra texas toast and fries, and a lemonade. This was so good, I was shocked to my core. The sauce is incredible, the texas toast is loaded with flavor, the chicken is great, and the lemonade was better than I could ever expect. The only critique is that the fries are alright, nothing crazy, but oh well fries are fries.

This was my first time at a Cane's location. This place served me a delicious plate of chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast! Together with the special Cane's sauce, the meal came together nicely. I'm a big fan of chicken, and i could say with confidence that the chicken served here is top notch! Crispy and juicy. Grab a nice coke or dr. Pepper to down the fatty food. During COVID-19, they opened up this outdoor seating. It's clean and worked out really well. It might get hot, but the SoCal breeze helped. I recommend giving this place a chance! (I ordered the Caniac)

Outstanding service with genuine smiles and employees all diligently working to provide an amazing experience for my first time ever eating the touted chicken my father loves and explored me to finally take the plunge. I'm glad I did! As soon as the friendly young lady took my order they must have started preparing and completed it before i even had time to find a table or take it all in. Fast can be bad if corners are cut, which was not the case at Cane's! Fresh, hott! Delicious chicken tenders in flash, yeah I will definitely take that over all the other dining options in the teaffic circle area where i know that I am going to wait, a while. There are few options from a menu stand point; though I like to imagine what the culinary world would look like if the followed Cane's path: create and make something you're passionate about and do at a level of excellence? Or like most places nowadays- do a bunch of completely different cuisines, to complex, or too dumbed down, and achieve mediocrity?

Thank you Cane's for your path of delicious chicken done to perfection only challenged by the way in which your employees embody customer service and service at the highest of standards. I will look forward to my next...

Notice how the reviews of this location are progressively getting worse? I can understand why. I went thru the drive thru to order on Jan 18th around 11:45pm. My wife and I parked next to the patio to eat our food and were highly disappointed. Fries weren’t hot and my chicken strips were rubbery and dry. Obviously had been sand bagged. Worst part of all is I went inside to use the restroom and the sloppy overweight teammate proceeds to tell me that r”restrooms are for paying customers only”. I told him I was eating outside and he just stares at me with this dumbfounded deer in the headlights look as if I were crazy or lying to him. He was a fat white guy with dark brown hair and glasses. I used to love the location but I will not be back. Please work with your kitchen on food quality and consistency and work with your service staff on basic customer service skills. I feel like this operation is ran by inexperienced children. Unbelievable. I’ll take my money to Dave’s hot chicken if I want to buy overpriced chicken and this place can beat it. ...

My boyfriend and I love Raising Canes, and crave it anytime of the day. So my bf got off late today due to overtime and we were starving!!! We got to canes right before closing, the car in front of us was done ordering at 2:01 AM. When we got to the drive through menu, the automated system said they were closed. We were stuck behind the person who ordered before us for about 10 minutes, when we were asked to pull up, the person at the window said “we’re closed” we asked the gentlemen inside if they could just still take our order bec- but we were rudely cut off and the guy said “no”, chuckled, and started to close the window. The gentlemen behind the rude-guy at the window did apologize as we were leaving but I have to say, I’m very disappointed. We were excited to finally have Raising Canes in our city but at our first visit to the nearby location this was our experience. It’s upsetting. Like I said my bf and I love raising canes but my rating goes specifically to this location because the Lakewood Canes would never send a customer...
