Perfect Hainan Chicken, they really nail all the elements. I drove two hours to try this place and I'm glad I did. The fried dumplings were nicely fried and seasoned with good filling. The chicken was moist and tender, and they give you a lot! The rice was perfectly seasoned with the subtle beauty of ginger and garlic, maybe a hint of green onion. The soup is perfect, it will warm your soul (and fix a hangover). The sauces have nice bold flavors and they don't charge you extra for more if you want it! Not sure what to expect from the outside, but the inside is really cute. We walked in and were greeted by a nice Thai lady who took our order. We got the crispy thai chicken and rice and omg, it's simply phenomenal. I was amazed by the crispiness of the chicken which was so flavorful. The chicken in hainan chicken rice is never the highlight for me, but it was definitely an all star here. But the main draw was the garlic rice.
