The quality of the food was outstanding, the portion size was also outstanding, the only reason I'm not giving Tam's Burgers a 5 is price; it cost nearly $30 for 2 of us to eat there. She had breakfast, French Toast, and I had the Chicken Quesadilla along with two drinks. Let me say I do understand cost of goods and I don't expect anything for free it caused money for the staff to make it because money for the food the person to receive it to stock it and store it to refrigerate it all of that it all adds up it just felt like $30 for 2 of us was a bit much considering what we ordered. And as I'm writing this review I'm considering it even more perhaps there was absolutely fair maybe I've just gotten used to eating at very inexpensive places where the quality isn't that good? Cashier Paulina who took my payment had an attitude when I told her I waited for a while only to have my order taken with an attitude and found out the manager was the one that took my order. I asked for their corporate number and she said it was on the receipt, that number was to that specific store not the corporate. While we were eating, an upset customer came in, demanding a replacement for her meal.
Now, I've worked fast food before. I know the rights and wrongs on how to handle rude customers. A very tall employee responded with the same attitude, and it became an uncomfortable experience for the rest of the customers in the restaurant. For about 3 min they exchanged foul language, slurs, and vulgar insults in front of everyone.
