Bubbi Bagels @ Wave Resort — Restaurant in Long Branch

I recently visited Call Your Bubbi Bagels in Long Branch and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order and had to wait an incredibly long time to receive it. What made it worse was that everyone who came in after me was able to place their orders and leave before I even got my food.

When I finally asked about my order, the response I received was simply, "I'm sorry, I feel bad." While the gesture was nice, it didn't make up for the lack of organization and the frustration of seeing so many people served before me.

To top it off, the food wasn’t even that great. After all the waiting, I was expecting something special, but it fell flat. It's clear they were short on staff, but the lack of organization and the disappointing food made the experience even more...

I recently visited Bubbi Bagels' beach location on July 4th and was thoroughly disappointed. Despite it being a prime holiday spot, they ran out of bagels early in the day. The place was overcrowded, and as more orders kept pouring in, it became increasingly clear that they were ill-prepared for the holiday rush. It’s baffling how a bagel shop can mismanage their core product so badly, especially on a day when crowds are expected. Check your order before you leave the shop! I ordered a toasted whole wheat everything bagel and received an untoasted regular everything bagel. Didn't notice until I was back at my place. There really weren't many olives in the olive cream cheese, especially given the price. The bagel was OK. Not worth $7, very disappointing for a bagel...
