Got a permanent bracelet with charm for $79 and it fell off within 24 hours at the location of the charm. I was visiting friends in Jersey and don't like there so I emailed and explained, send a photo and asked what could be done with a refund or partial refund. I had to email twice to get a response and initially the response was for me to mail it back to get a clasp or to go to a place near me for repair... I shared how I thought a clasp defeats the purpose or a permanent bracelet and going to repair somewhere by me costs more for me and got another response asking for my location and saying they would cover the cost there, and have not heard back at all. I don't understand why a refund or partial refund is unavailable considering I paid via Venmo and it fell off literally within 24 hours.

I emailed you my location twice on 07/01 & 07/12 and still haven't heard back - what is the location and how will you be paying for the repair?
