Chile con Quesadilla Longmont — Restaurant in Longmont

I updated my review. You handled my regrettable initial experience. Thank you! I am happy to report we can all order single tacos with different protein choices. My favorite is Triple B. Previous review: Love your food. However, when I went to the new Longmont food court and wanted to order single tacos, I was told “you must order 3 tacos.We do not sell individual tacos.” I let the person taking my order know that I ordered a single taco, when I first tried your restaurant here at the food court, a few days ago. Her response was, “You must have been here when one of the owners was here. That is very rare when they are not here tonight. We sell a minimum of three tacos per order, and there are no single orders available.” I don’t want 3 tacos. I am baffled by this policy, I don’t recommend your restaurant. Rarely would I want to eat three robust and filling tacos. Our first experience here was a fantastic one. I can honestly say, with this policy in place I will not be back. I’m guessing I’m not...

Arguably the best tacos I've ever had. This place is incredible.

I ordered the Mac Daddy tacos. The taco shells were unbelievable; crisp, textured, flavorful, and fresh. The three sauces that came with the tacos, with (what I assume is) the green chile sauce being the highlight. Plenty of pork per taco, and the proportions of the toppings were superb. So juicy that you're bound to make a mess eating it, so make sure you have plenty of napkins on hand!

Will certainly be coming here again to try the other dishes, as well as to visit the remainder of the restaurants at the Parkway Food Hall! Can't recommend themis...

My family checked out the new Parkway Food Hall in Longmont, and this place really stood out. I had the Triple-B Tacos, and they were absolutely amazing! My picky eater got the pork tacos plain, and she actually ate all 3, which is unusual for her to finish anything, so it says a lot about the quality and preparation of their meat.
