Lovely experience. We actually brought 38 people here on a Tuesday night and they were not just able to fit us all in but they were attentive to our needs, served us as they were able from their small kitchen and were super accommodating to our wheelchair bound member, our gluten free folks, and our vegetarians. The staff was really knowledgeable about their gluten free options and were thankful when our folks were happy to help work around a few missing items like their gluten free flatbread. Everyone was really happy with their food. And the staff knew enough to split us into tables of six and only put in orders when the kitchen was mostly done with a set of orders. So everyone got their food hot and delicious. Everyone loved their meals. The gyros and the lamb bolognese were favorites. Everyone that got a salad said they were fresh and flavorful. One lady got the seafood crepes and was very pleased by them. My husband and I split the bison masala with gnocchi and a Greek salad. The bison shoulder braise was perfectly tender, the masala sauce was nearly as dense with flavor as a real demi-glace (I would not be surprised if it was built on one), the gluten free gnocchi were pillowy and toothsome and held the sauce beautifully and the caramelized roasted carrots were a perfect accompaniment. The salad had plenty of rocket and tiny, sweet, tomatoes and was well dressed. The kitchen also accommodated a last minute to go order for their in-house handmade tiramisu. It was delicious. I loved that they had plenty of non-alcoholic mixed drinks, interesting things with watermelon pulp and various herbs and things like cucumber and rosemary. The one shown is the Cool Water. Still a little sweet for me, but the waiter was very kind and brought me an extra glass and extra soda water so I could water the syrup as much as I wished!! That was a really wonderful extra service I hadn't expected. The beer selection was good and they gave my husband a taster of something else when the keg of beer he'd started out drinking ran out and it was close enough to what he really wanted that he went ahead and ordered it. But our waiter has great initiative on bringing the taster for him to try. It's also great to know that they do their best to source things locally.

Had the opportunity to stop by for lunch today, and I'm so glad that I did. This is a great new spot in Longmont. I'm always happy to support local but even more so when the food is also sourced locally, tastes great, the staff is so friendly and the owners are also very approachable & down to earth. I encourage you to visit yourself and discover this new little gem. Everything I tried today was delicious, flavorful, and fresh. There was only one item that fell a bit short for me, and that was the wild mushroom crepe. Some of my favorite flavors, but the ricotta filling was so salty it was almost inedible (almost, but I still ate it), but it was over salted for sure. All other items were spot on, well balanced, and delivered on flavor, texture & fresh ingredients. The southern fried raviolo was very good. I love Greek salad, and theirs did not disappoint. I was excited to see several options of housemade dressings for the salads. The sausage and peppers sandwich was super tasty, but the bread really makes it. Crispy crunch crusty outside and pillowy soft on the inside. The kind of bread that every sandwich deserves. The meat was juicy and the veggies were cooked just right. To finish off I had the tiramisu. You will not be dissapointed! You can taste every element, the rich coffee, chocolate, cream, everything velvety smooth, just heaven. It has a generous amount of cocoa powder as well. Paired with some hot coffee, you can't go wrong. I loved the decor, beautiful paintings line the walls and they're for sale! The music playing was nice. The atmosphere was light and inviting. The staff was beyond helpful, greeting me, checking in, answering and questions I had. Matt was my waiter and he rocks! Knowledgeable in his recommendations and super polite. Good manners go such a long way and he was just awesome 👌🏽. I was over the moon to see that they offered a Mocktail menu, although small (maybe it'll grow), we love trying all the mocktails when we go to restaurants so I had to try at least 2 this visit. My favorite was the Coolwater but the Rooster was also good. I can't wait to go back with the whole family. Thank you for opening in Longmont!

Would not return. Despite asking multiple times about gluten-free options and cross-contamination—almost to the point of feeling excessive—I was still served a regular gyro. Thankfully, I double-checked before eating and caught the mistake. Although the menu lists many dishes as “GFO,” most of those items are fried in a shared fryer. When I asked, the staff told me there was “just a little bit of gluten” in the fryer, which shows a serious lack of understanding about celiac disease and cross-contamination risks. I nearly walked out at that point, but when a second wrap came, it at least appeared gluten-free. The tortilla itself was surprisingly good—one of the better GF tortillas I’ve had—but the experience overall was not worth the hassle or the risk of being served unsafe food by an uninformed kitchen and waitstaff.

From start to finish, our brunch experience was an absolute delight, with every dish showcasing top-notch culinary craftsmanship. While the service was a bit slow, once they refine their rhythm, this place is bound to be an even bigger standout.

We started with the bruschetta niçoise, a refreshing and inventive take on the classic, brimming with vibrant flavors. The tenderloin carpaccio followed and was nothing short of exquisite—silky, perfectly seasoned, and expertly plated.

For mains, the burger was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with layers of flavor that made it one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. The gyro was equally remarkable, with tender, flavorful meat wrapped in warm, pillowy pita, all brought together by the perfect hint of spices.

But the stars of the show were the desserts. The tiramisu may well be the best in the country—it’s that good. Each bite melted in the mouth, balancing the espresso, mascarpone, and cocoa flawlessly. The affogato, with creamy gelato and rich espresso, was the perfect ending to a memorable meal.

And let’s not forget the cocktails—they were phenomenal, adding a creative and refreshing touch to the brunch menu.

Though service could use a little more speed and polish, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made up for the wait. Once they have the pacing down, this will be a true gem in the brunch scene. We can’t wait to return and...
