My partner and I go here ( to this particular Starbucks) every single day at least 2 x a day- sometimes 4.
We know a lot of the baristas/os by name. They are usually so polite and listen to our very complicated drinks and make them well. Tonight was just so bad it needs a review. One of your baristas Hannah told me Eva (or Ella) is the manager and I could call her if I want- but I hope you address this(all of the managers at this site).
We pulled up to the order mic and my partner recited his drink to the woman on the other side. She kept saying what? What? He was polite, chalking it up to the mic reception and earphones and repeated our drinks to her a few times. She said okay and told us to pull up.
We pulled up to the order window and she was there to hand us our drinks. Yet they were not even close to what we had ordered. He politely said oh, these are not what we ordered and she said okay… he proceeded to try to tell her the order again, yet she would not look him in the eye, she just said okay okay okay as if he was bothering her- so he said did you get the order?
Do you want me to repeat it back to me? (In a polite tone)
Mid sentence while still asking her - she responded, to our disbelief, by not looking him in the eye saying okay and closing the window on him.
I did not get her name (a very young blonde woman with a ponytail and cap on).
How disrespectful and rude? I was appalled at the blatant lack of customer service and refusal to listen to the customer.
I went inside and let her know that her actions were rude and uncalled for, she proceeded to stare at me blankly. Another young woman tried to jump in and tell me she didn’t intend to act that way - I let her know I was talking to the young woman and not her.
The girl who originally took our order did not apologize, did not say a word, and continued to stare at me blankly
By the way, if you’re the parent of this girl wow- If my 17 year old acted like this to a customer I would be embarrassment. If I was a manager it would be a call for firing or at least a review and a follow up in a month.
The woman, who tried to speak for the young blonde staff, Hannah, made our drinks; sadly she had to ask me what they were as the woman before her had not taken the order correctly at all.
Listen, mistakes are made, it happens and most people are so polite and kind when they make one. I have always appreciated the people at Starbucks. The young lady who took our drinks had no sense of customer service or care, she had no concept of politeness and respect.

Read moreThis store does not update hours on the Starbucks mobile app or Google. I've ordered drinks on the mobile app several times between 5 and 5:30 AM, when this location was supposed to be open, only to arrive and learn they are opening late. My mobile order was accepted, because they didn't update their hours in the app, but the order wasn't actually completed until they opened an hour late, at 6 AM.
Today my mobile order was accepted at 5:20 AM even though the store didn't open until 6 AM. When I arrived, myself and multiple other customers were waiting for our mobile orders. There were three young women inside that were preparing the store for the day, and deliberately ignoring us. When we used body language in an attempt to ask when the store was supposed to open (there was no sign posted to alert us to a delay), they completely ignored us. When the store finally opened and I asked why they hadn't posted a sign or told their waiting customers they were going to open late, an apathetic teenager (who claimed to be the manager on duty) said that it "should have been obvious that the lights were off, and that they were closed." This statement was factually incorrect, as many lights inside the store were on prior to when they decided to open at 6 AM.
In summary: this store does not update their hours on any online platform, and in these situations I have found the morning baristas to be deliberately rude...
Read moreWow usually the people are very friendly and professional. But today I had a blonde woman who was so rude. She seemed to be in such a hurry she wouldn’t let me finish a sentence or even my order. She cut me off and asked if I wanted my coffee hot. I said yes and she stomped away somewhat petulantly and got my coffee, slamming it on the counter. Horrible attitude and service. I decided not to complete my order. Update may 20 2019 Decide to give this place another chance. It was good.....until today. I asked for a coffee but they said they had no coffee and they would have to make some. I said ok. She said she would give me an americano. I said no I would wait. She said I couldn’t wait. They had other people. I looked but saw no one in line. Why doesn’t starbucks have coffee? Are they not a coffee shop? What can’t i wait? Hmmm First of all the people that work here don’t actually drink coffee. Unless it has a lot of white chocolate and sugar and milk and flavors. But as far as coffee they don’t know what it is. And an americano is not a coffee. That is why they are called different things. Lol I won’t use starbucks again. And will recommend my business not to use either. We have been considering going with another supplier and now I think we can...
