Ordered chicken chow mein, with wonton soup. Also teriyaki chicken with fried rice. What came to me looked like boiled ingredients in a bento box that were meant to be stir fried with the noodles for chow mein. No noodles to be found. Tried calling to understand maybe it was an honest mistake. The lady proceeded to tell me I had it confused for lo mein and that there should have been a separate little bag with real crispy noodles in it. Which there was not. Tried explaining I'm aware of the difference and that there were no noodles anywhere. Also chow mein is like lo mein but the noodles are stir fried in with the meat and veggies. Which these were not even stir fried themselves. She just kept replying with "You have it confused for lo mein." I just gave up the conversation and hung up. The chicken that came with the teriyaki was also clearly some frozen strip that was quite bland. Do not recommend

Update Back for a Sunday lunch and good as ever. Bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Met friends for lunch and was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. Brown rice is available for an upcharge. Lunch came on pretty segmented plates with egg roll, cheese wonton, dab of mustard and pool of sweet and sour sauce, rice and entree. Happy Family was a popular choice and I tried shrimp with snow peas and carrots. The shrimp were soft yet chewy. Worth driving from Masonville. Lots of take out while we were there.

We got this for dinner takeout and overall we’re very happy. The seafood mei fun hit the spot for me. It came with an egg roll and crab Rangoon. The baby even got into the sesame chicken. Tons of gluten free options but the sweet and sour chicken without the coating go figure… a bit boring even with the sauce. This jumps to the top of our regional Chinese food list as of posting this.

My husband and I have ordered often over the years, our favorite Chinese restaurant in Longmont. We always order the same meals. Lo Mien w/ everything, Pork Fried Rice, and I get the Mongolian Beef. Even though the M.B. is marked as spicy, it's not super spicy.... Last night we ordered our regular items and my Mongolian Beef was almost unbearably spicy. Tons of red pepper flakes in it. My husband could barely eat it without tears running down his face and sweat on forehead. This was very unusual and must have been an accidental overdose of red pepper flakes. For some reason I thought they would add a red pepper or 2 for spice but maybe I'm wrong. This was like the cap fell off of the red pepper flakes and half the bottle fell into my food. Very unusual. This is the first time I've left a review though. We have always been pleased with everything. Next time we order I'll request less red pepper flakes. Otherwise it was perfect as usual. Fast service and huge portions. We get dinner size and have leftovers. We do recommend this restaurant and will always bei back.... unless the red pepper flake overdose becomes a habit, which I doubt will...

🤢🤢🤢* DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK !!!!! We GOT TERRIBLE FOOD POISONING FROM HERE ON FRIDAY!!!!* 🤮🤮🤮*

I am so unbelievably furious with this place! I spend a lot of money here because it's good food but the last 2 times I have ordered my order has been messed up!!!!! I called to complain and she apologized cause it was her fault something didn't make it into our bag when I picked it up and all she offered was 15% off?' Are you kidding me?!!! We live in boulder and I specifically went to Longmont for this food because my husband likes it so much and their hot oil was so great!!!! Both times they forgot - last time I actually drove back to the restaurant to get it but really every time?! They said they doubled checked! I understand your busy and there's a ton of kids running around there like a day care center! But really?!? I had class tonight and wasn't going to drive back to Longmont because you forgot something that was clearly marked on my order! This place used to be great and we used to swear by it but seriously had gone down hill and I don't know why!!!! Really...

Online ordering experience was good, delivery was plenty fast and the driver was friendly but the food was awful… The sesame chicken and the rice were really the only edible parts of the meal. Breading wasn’t crispy and the sauce didn’t have very much flavor. The cashew chicken was awful and honestly went right in the trash. It smelled off and the taste was strange. Not rotten but not at all pleasant either. Last dish was beef lo mein. Absolutely nothing special. The beef was a bit weird tasting, same with texture and the noodles were really thick which was odd for a lo mein. Last item was crab Rangoon. The filling was different than other places and had something in it that almost made them bitter.

Usually I order from spicy house but they are closed on Tuesdays. Next time I will just wait a day though, especially when I plan on getting a few days worth of food. Just a bummer that this ended up being a waste of a good chunk of money.

I see so many recommendations for this place so I was shocked that this was the quality of food that came...
