I really hate to write this review, but had a lunch date with my daughter and walked in to get a sandwich. It took much longer than usual. I finally asked where my sandwich was after waiting about 20 minutes, while I was the only one in line. They looked confused and found my sandwich in a basket for dine in not to go. They wrapped it up and gave it to me. I was a bit annoyed being that I was pressed for time to meet her at school but took the sandwich and left. Once I got to her school and unwrapped the sandwich there was a huge bite taken out of the sandwich. This is a health code issue, and also extremely disgusting. I called and the manager was very apologetic and took responsibility after I sent photos to them. They stated they sent that sandwich out for someone that was dinning in and they said it was the wrong sandwich and sent it back. The employees at the shop just wrapped it up and sent me on my way? Really? How did they miss this? I wanted to give them time to process my refund but they never did. I even emailed with their corporate office and they got nasty with me, ( kinda like the sandwich they gave me) and said they did in fact process the refund. Well then why didn’t I get it back to my credit card? I double and triple checked that I didn’t receive my refund and I did not. Then they said there wasn’t anything else they were willing to do. Watch out when ordering from Cheba Hut in Longmont, you might get less than you bargained for, In my case, less of a sandwich than I paid for, and one of the most disgusting things that has ever happened at a restaurant. definitely some bad customer service on their end for my refund. It’s really not about the money anymore. They had there chance to fix this and told me they wouldn’t help, and I really don’t feel like eating another one of there sandwiches. Choose wisely Snarfs is way better anyway.

Embarking on a culinary adventure at Cheeba Hut, I was enticed by the 'White Widow', opting for the Blunt size to satiate a hearty appetite. This sandwich boasts a well-curated medley of flavors, starting with the freshly baked garlic herb bread which they boldly claim as the "Best Bread in the Business." True to their word, the bread was a delightful foundation, offering a fragrant and savory undertone that complemented the filling beautifully. The 'White Widow' is a masterful blend of chicken breast, layered with a generous portion of gooey, melted provolone that stretched with each bite. The ranch dressing added a tangy creaminess, countered by the piquant bite of fresh jalapeños. The balance of textures was impeccable—crisp lettuce and juicy tomato slices provided a fresh contrast to the rich, velvety cheese. This sandwich did not just fill the stomach; it was a feast for the senses. Cheeba Hut's 'White Widow' is a reminder of how a simple sandwich, when made with thoughtful ingredients and a touch of audacity, can elevate the casual dining experience into something bordering on sublime.

Nothing against the restaurant or employees, but rather the owner of the parking lot. I pulled my Camry up to a parking block which unknown to me, had a spike sticking up from the block. I felt it scrape my car, so I immediately pulled back. It snapped the bumper cover apart from my car, and broke the radiator support panels, leaving them dragging on the ground. Geico arranged a tow, but fortunately the tow truck driver instead offered to unbolt the parts dragging on the ground, which spared me a tow at least. I took it for an estimate and it will cost approximately $1400 to repair, leaving me with a $500 deductible. I feel the owner should reimburse me. My nephew saw a picture of the spike sticking out and said it's an OSHA violation. He said anyone could be impaled on it if they fell on it, or injure their foot if they stepped on it. Additionally it's a hazard to anyone's car pulling up to the block, as it was to mine!

The subs were good but the service was so horrible that it took what could have been a five-star review and made it a two-star review. I waited an hour there when they told me that my food was still being made, after literally an hour I came back and asked and they said that I was actually in the wrong place for my food. I walked through the open door that was lit where people were being given their food the other door was shut and dark with four signs on it period one of them said accidentally one said entrance only one had a scooter on it and said delivery but I didn't notice any of those until I had sat there for an hour. By the way I sat there with people who weren't wearing a mask inside the establishment and nobody saying anything to them, what's worse is they were waiting for one of the employees to get off work and talking up a storm. The guy actually had the nerve to tell me I should have read the signs when I was upset that I had waited so long period why would I go back and read the sign when he told me that my food was on its way. When I got home my one sandwich was overly soaked with condiments but still was okay the other two subs were really good but cold from the super long wait. also don't expect to get a hold of the manager if you call they won't return your phone calls so I'm just going to have to report it to the health department it won't be the first time I've had to report an establishment for...

I have always liked this place but today we were treated so rudely by the bartender I had to edit my review and decide never to come back. Taller gentleman with a SKA bandana mask. During our meal, the bartender came and asked to get at the storage area underneath our bench seat. No big deal, I moved my bag/jacket, he came and went. When I went to leave, I couldn't find my mask, lifted up the bench seat to see if it had slipped down between the pillows when he had lifted them up, and the bartender absolutely exploded on us. He screamed at us to put the pillow down in front of the whole restaurant and continued to scream a few times that "IT'S THE SAME AS GOING IN MY LIQUOR CABINET." We put the pillow down immediately, apologized immediately and profusely, made it clear we meant no disrespect and that it was an honest mistake, we did not escalate whatsoever, which he didn't accept and continued to berate us, accused us of lying "YOU KNOW YOUR MASK ISN'T IN THERE." At one point mid tirade he turned to another employee he had been talking to and said "See this is what I mean, I have no control over myself." I paid my tab and left shaken up. Excellent establishment otherwise that I used to be happy to frequent, but this man ruined it for us for good and made the entire room full of people very uncomfortable today over a genuine,...
