The owners are super nice and friendly that have developed a very welcoming community no matter what type of hobby or table top gaming you’re into. Their warhammer people are all super nice and willing to help and play anyone from new to the game to competitive play. The build nights that are put on at this store every other Friday’s are an absolute joy to go to with people building Gundam, warhammer products to custom 3d prints and even legos. All hobby’s are encouraged and so many people are there to offer help if it comes to building or painting even advice on tools and parts to make your project that much better. This is the True American Business Model!!! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had in my entire 40 years of life! Let me tell you, I placed an order for very specific modeling tools that I could not find anywhere else. Not even Amazon! Not only did they have them, they showed me a picture of them placed in the box and ready to ship not five minutes after my purchase, after a small inquiry I had made! Where else have you received that type of customer service? I am willing to bet nowhere! I just realized i went and bought a gundam and built it before even reviewing this place! An absolute pleasure of a shop to discover in our own little area...A smile to greet and wildly friendly owner that puts a great effort into the community of model builders.

i stumbled upon Bits and Bobs when googling to find a local place to get gundam instead of buying from amazon - thinking i'd end up in denver i was pleasantly surprised to see i can just cruise down the road to get a full size gundam! WOOT!
