Read moreI want to chose my words wisely, I was intrigued by the surrounding atmosphere. Since this is a brewery, I assume what they’re about are their Beers. I’m not a beer drinker myself, but my husband was wushu washy concerning the particular flavors he tried. It did take several minutes for our waitress to even greet us, & the bus boy had to come back & wipe the tables from lack of communication on the hostess’s part. We often are eating out, so that did not deterrent us. We understand how it sometimes goes. But, I must say their fries were what I was even remotely satisfying to eat. They weren’t marvelous fries, but It was the best part of our meal. The ranch is runny, if that is what floats your boat you are in the right place. The burgers looked delicious, but we ordered a small pizza, that was FIFTEEN dollars. It’s Julian cut slices of pepperoni we’re pleasing to the eye, but the overall flavor tasted as if it was a frozen pizza, you could almost taste the freezer burn. I wouldn’t even order a margarita because they were ELEVEN dollars. (EKK)—we spend quite a bit of our time gathering together over the table to enjoy a good meal regardless of the price. In fact, we always come out saying, “that may have been expensive, but it was worth it.” On the contrary, there was not anything we purchased that made our mouths water, but we did leave with our bellies full. We also tried their BBQ sliders as an appetizer, & at first bite we were intrigued, but then that mystery was fleeting when we became confused...is this a taco a burger or BBQ? It did not blend well, the flavors fought each other with each bite. If you’re looking for a pleasant meal & don’t mind spending more for the experience, you may try Red Lobster instead. At least they have complementary biscuits. Overall it was pleasing to the eye, but not the taste buds, the atmosphere was the best part of...
Read moreWent there for a good time and left with worries and an er visit... thanks BJ's for having absolutely no concern for what you give to your guests. Got my drink with pieces of glass in it and the crack was covered by a garnish (pineapple). How did I know? I took one drink and had chunks in my mouth. 3 chances to fix this before it got to me. I expressed my concern with the bartender and the waiter, while being very respectful of there time. They both brushed it off and did NOT get the manager, nor seem to care. Isn't that the first thing in customer service? Is to care? In all fairness I've been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years. Normally I wouldn't bother. I'm very easy going but after a ridiculously long night, This is serious and could have been avoided very easily and I feel the need to say something for others safety. Of course he took it before I could take a picture and did not show anyone .... that is very concerning for many reasons. Hopefully the higher ups do there part, as I've expressed my side that servers are there to serve with a smile but also should check the quality of orders (including broken glass cups) before getting to the table to avoid these issues. For the best of the company but more importantly for the guests that keep that company going... So I'm going to at least worn people that this staff really needs to be aware of there JOB and what that entails. I gave this place another shot and I definitely will NOT be back to any of the...
