Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Longview

I ordered a turkey, provolone, cucumber and avocado sandwich on whole wheat bread. After giving the above order, I was asked if I wanted avocado? I said, it says avocado comes on your #12. The guy taking my order states, well you didn’t specify, and here we call that the “beachcomber” sandwich. Well excuse me for not giving it, its proper name! I handed him a twenty dollar bill and two quarters for my $9.50 order. He hands me back a ten dollar bill. I said, it was 9.50 right? Rudely and with attitude, he says, ya, I’m getting it, and hands me a dollar bill. This guy had an attitude from the get go, and literally has no business working in customer service. Lord help anyone, whom is new to ordering at Jimmy John’s. There is NO mercy!! This is my third time using this Jimmy John’s restaurant, and each time I have had to deal with rudeness. Twice inside the restaurant, and once for delivery service. I’m done...

I called today In Longview, WA to order a delivery. The girl was so young and distracted, that she was unable to complete a single transaction. She wrote down the expiration date wrong. And then on the second time through, she not only had the expiration date wrong, but my entire payment information wrong. I have canceled my order. Is she 15? Appsrently, she cannot keep track of one thought at a time. It's like teaching high-school all over again. I am not sure if I will order from JimmyJohns again. This is supremely disappointing. This is a business. If you believe that your customers need to teach basic skills to your employees AGAIN, I am available, and you can pay $300 per hour, re-teaching these children to take responsibility. Absolutely terrible service. One of my sandwich rs was made a 8” instead of the 16” I asked for. I problem I let them no and asked to pay the difference. He said get back in to the counter and order another. I was told I would have to buy another 8” so I ended up paying about $20 for a full sandwich because it was bought in 2 half’s and the employees couldn’t understand my frustration. While waiting for my other half of my order to be made I asked for light Mayo like my first half and the lady said “we will do our best sir” with a terrible attitude. You would think the answer to that would be ,ok or yes.
