So, this is my second night in a row going through the drive thru at this McDonalds location. (Location: Marshall Ave or 80, in Longview, Texas) Last night, like at all the other ones, if I ask for sauce, they at least give me two. Rather I have “nuggets” or not. People use the sauces for more than just nuggets. Well I was given two last night and asked for two more cause I ordered more than one meal. The lady at the window gave me two without hesitation. When I asked for two more, just four sauces total, she came at me with that 25 cents per sauce. I repeat, I never have had to pay for extra sauce at any McDonalds I go to. So I asked to speak with the manager, and I supposing the manager old her to just give it to me. Now tonight, Dec 3rd at 11:15ish pm, Anna, she said her name was told me that she was the manager (some young Hispanic girl to be exact…not racial), and that she wasn’t giving me any sauce cause I didn’t order any nuggets. Then after I debated with her about it, she hands me my food and closed the window in my face real fast. So I blew my horn at her and she comes back saying no you didn’t buy nuggets so I’m basically not giving you any sauce. If she would’ve handled in a more professional manner, then I wouldn’t be typing this bad review instead of eating my food while it’s still lukewarm…cause the fries were cold to add to it when I did reach in the bag down the road. Like I said, I have NEVER had an issue with getting a couple damn sauces that a few of these employees act like they paid for out of their own pockets! Let this also stand, that NOWHERE is it posted on the menu/ counter/ or the drive thru window that you must purchase some nuggets to get sauce or that there’s an extra fee for more than two sauces…if that’s the procedure, then you all need to make it known/seen so situations like this won’t occur in a debate over something so simple!!! So ANNA, I do hope that they speak with you about how to handle these types of situations or better yet, resolve it by putting signs up directed specifically regarding sauces. Oh and to give you an attitude adjustment too, because you almost got one from me tonight if I wasn’t in such a hurry. That’s the only reason why I didn’t sit there and hold that long line up to put you in your place in return for the attitude given towards me. Don’t even work the drive thru if you don’t know how to handle customers with simple requests, just put someone else there instead…and go get a refresher course of how a so called manager is suppose to be professional in all cases! Oh and just in case whoever over the reviews doesn’t get this message to you and someone over you, I’ll be contacting corporate...
Read moreTo bad I can't give -5 Stars. Horrible experience here. The worst manager (@11:50 PM. 9/20/2024) at the McDonald's 408 E. Marshall Ave Longview, Texas 110 % doesn't have enough intelligence to be manger, nor does she have the attitude to be one. My son and I each placed separate Mobile Orders throught the McDonald's App. We wait forever in the drive thru, get to the speaker. The cashier can't find my order. Fine. We pull forward, wait, get to the pay (1st) window. The doesn't have a clue what she's doing ( i assuming, not trained) cashier lady has messed up the the order screen and by this time she can't find either of our orders. She says after messing up who knows how many other orders, I don't know where your orders went, they were just here and gets her so called manager. This is after both of our orders show our order no#'s on our App and paid on the McDonald's App and at the Bank. The so called horrible, worst manager lady I've ever seen in 52 years of my life, basically tells us, there is nothing she can do. She suggested if want our orders, for us to get back in that 20+ min drive thru line, wait for who knows how much longer, reorder our food we already paid for, and pay for the food again and see if they can find our orders. Which is RIDICULOUS! MCDONALD'S DO BETTER! MCDONALD'S FIRST AND FOREMOST MAKE SURE YOUR MANAGERS KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMERS, ARE INTELLIGENT ENOUGH TO BE A MANAGER, HAS PROPER MANAGEMENT TRAINING, CAN HANDLE ISSUES WITHOUT BEING RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS, ARE TRAINED TO HANDLE MCDONALD'S APP ISSUES, AND ANY OTHER ISSUES THEY MAY HAVE TO HANDLE. INSTEAD OF THE MANAGERS BEING RUDE AND ALMOST...
Read moreThis particular experience was horrible. First I made a mobile order and was in my car spot waiting. One worker comes out and says frap machine down and what would I like instead. I said just take it off.. from this moment 2 tea's, 2 cheese burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches took almost 20 minutes. Then another worker finally did bring this but only brought 1 tea .. so.she went back for.another saying the company is to send someone that can fix frap machine and to call see if it working BEFORE making the online order. Ok well I can't always just make a call but I just agreed. My first burger was promising until I bit into a cooled off burger. Not me being picky but you can tell it sat in that back the best part of 20 mins to cool off that much. Update … has gotten worse !!!! Not busy and still got stale fries over salted meat was disgusting and the service isn’t nice anymore … this time will reach out to corp cause they are more worried about their “times” than the customer I refuse to finish the meal cause I can’t stand it … but calling them is a waste of time cause they just ask if you want to bring it back I mean I spent time gas and money and can’t get an apology … just excuses …
Didn't complain just drove.off.
Update over week past.. ordered online again and waited for my cold fry and she shoved the bags in the car and left.. ummm my drinks please .. nope she gone .. I am not a big loss for this location but I will eat anywhere...
