Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lorain

⭐ 1/5 - ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Are you kidding me with this garbage?! First, I get bounced to some call center in India where they couldn't comprehend a simple request to make my cheesy bread WITHOUT the cheese stuffing. Seriously, it's actually WAY better without all that unnecessary stuffed cheese - but apparently that concept was too complex to grasp!

But wait, it gets better! After wasting 10 minutes trying to explain this basic concept, they finally transfer me to the actual store where some "manager" (and I use that term loosely) has the nerve to tell me their precious system "won't let them" make unstuffed cheesy bread. Then they just hang up on me! Wow, just wow.

You know what's hilarious? The Dominoes in Avon Lake had NO PROBLEM figuring this out. Apparently, they actually know how to do their jobs over there!

Look, I couldn't care less if your pizza is made with gold-dusted ingredients harvested by Italian monks - with customer service this pathetic, I'll happily take my business to ANY of the other TEN pizza places nearby. What a joke. Do better or go out of business, I don't care which.

I walked into Domino's and the lady behind the counter told me I couldn't have a dog in there. I informed her my dog is a service dog. She wanted to see my "tag"? I told her I did not have a tag. I am not from Ohio no clue what she was talking about. She said for me to leave. I went back to my vehicle with her yelling about how she has a service dog and mine was not. I did have some id in the car which I took back on. She violated the law. Here is the law. may ask: (a) If the animal is required because of a disability and; (b) What work or task the animal has been trained to perform. (2) CSU cannot require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. I wanted to warn others of this place. Unless you are looking to file a lawsuit I probably would...

I received a message stating that my food was delivered. Although I gave specific directions to leave at back door, I checked front , back , and the house behind mine . There was no food ! So I call to complain and the manager which refused to give me his name is verifying my address and repeats an incorrect address twice . I was trying to explain that he was still saying the wrong address and he got annoyed and extremely rude ! He later calls back to tell me his driver delivered it to the wrong unit. He stated he would remake my order and send it out within 30minutes . I was not giving anything for the inconvenience besides very unprofessional customer service . When I finally get my food delivered the delivery driver says my bad I dropped the pizza! I will never order from this...
