An Italian Gem in Los Alamos – As Good as Santa Fe’s Finest!

We had an outstanding dining experience at Fiori e Sale in Los Alamos this past Sunday. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who took genuine care to make our visit special. The service was personal and attentive, setting the tone for an exceptional meal.

We shared a fresh, beautifully plated salad drizzled with superb olive oil—a sign of the quality to come. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was simply fantastic. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and expertly seasoned, with unique herbal notes—including a delicate accent of lavender that truly elevated the dish.

Every element was thoughtfully prepared and artfully presented. This restaurant is by far the best in Los Alamos, and truly holds its own among the best Italian spots in Santa Fe. We highly recommend Fiori e Sale to anyone looking for fine Italian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I feel so lucky to have found this little gem in Los Alamos! The food is outstanding. Normally, I would need to venture into Santa Fe for food of this quality. This place truly hits the spot with fresh quality ingredients and dishes that you can tell are made with love and attention to detail. I want everyone in town to know about this amazing place! Please make sure to visit and give it a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed by amazing flavors! I know me and my parents are going to be regulars, it is the best food I’ve had in Los Alamos by far and this place could easily hold its own in Santa Fe as well, but I hope it stays...

My husband and I had the absolute best dinner here. The owner is so sweet and truly I want to just eat here for every meal. Planning to take our kids back soon. I thought the price was very reasonable for portion size and quality. I could literally see the freshly chopped garlic in my food and it just tasted like everything was so fresh. Support this start up and help keep good food in Los Alamos PLEASE. Small family owned restaurants don’t survive well here it seems and I’d love to have this one stick around...
