An Italian Gem in Los Alamos ā As Good as Santa Feās Finest!
We had an outstanding dining experience at Fiori e Sale in Los Alamos this past Sunday. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who took genuine care to make our visit special. The service was personal and attentive, setting the tone for an exceptional meal.
We shared a fresh, beautifully plated salad drizzled with superb olive oilāa sign of the quality to come. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was simply fantastic. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and expertly seasoned, with unique herbal notesāincluding a delicate accent of lavender that truly elevated the dish.
Every element was thoughtfully prepared and artfully presented. This restaurant is by far the best in Los Alamos, and truly holds its own among the best Italian spots in Santa Fe. We highly recommend Fiori e Sale to anyone looking for fine Italian cuisine and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband and I had the absolute best dinner here. The owner is so sweet and truly I want to just eat here for every meal. Planning to take our kids back soon. I thought the price was very reasonable for portion size and quality. I could literally see the freshly chopped garlic in my food and it just tasted like everything was so fresh. Support this start up and help keep good food in Los Alamos PLEASE. Small family owned restaurants donāt survive well here it seems and Iād love to have this one stick around...
