Do not be fooled by the all you can eat label at this restaurant. This place is certainly not all you can eat. I came here with a friend on the recommendation of Steve Cha, from Rockstar eater. I always do my research when I go to a new restaurant but this time against my better judgment, I decided to give his recommendation a try based on a video he has on YouTube. This will be the last time I will be going by his recommendation, because the reality could not be any further from his video. As soon as we walked in, we suspected that there could be a problem. On a Thursday at 7 o’clock at night, the place was empty. For $29.99 You can have all you can eat from items number 1 to 20. They tell you for $10 more at $39.99 You can have all you can eat from numbers 21 to 24 which includes marinated short ribs, beef tongue, beef finger meat, and beef ribeye. We chose the $39.99 option because without those cuts of meat, especially marinated short ribs, you Can’t have a true Korean barbecue experience. You can order three items at a time so we ordered the ribeye, the short ribs and the Bulgogi. There were only two slices of short ribs in an order. When we tried to order more, they told us that there’s a limit per person on number 21 through 24. We were only able to order one ribeye, four slices of short ribs, one order of finger meat, and one order of beef tongue. I don’t really understand how that is all you can eat. They don’t tell you this in advance because if they had, I would have never chosen to dine at this place. As far as the quality goes, it is slightly below average. The ribeye did not taste fresh. We ended up paying $100 for the two of us, and we mostly ate Bulgogi. They really tried to give us a good service and even though we appreciated it, the situation with the food was not good. I do not recommend this place. In the past, for all you can eat Korean barbecue, I have gone to Bulgogi Hut. For $50 per person, You can have a huge variety of meats and it’s a true all you can eat restaurant. The quality is also far superior...
Read moreI'll be honest: we came here because I saw a Tiktok on this place, featuring the corn cheese fondue. I wasn't expecting much, but this is, hands-down, one of the best KBBQs I've ever been to.
Service: Amazing overall. Drinks were filled, orders definitely taken and served quickly and correctly. We had a chat with one of the staff there to explain we came all the way from Riverside county, he was determined to make sure our first experience at this KBBQ was great upon arriving at the restaurant. Which worked! They start off with a pumpkin soup when you sit down, but we didn't like pumpkin.. So I felt a little bad when they weren't touched, but our server noticed it and quickly replaced it with a different soup.. and THAT was pretty good. She didn't have to do that, but it was appreciated.
Food: This time around, we ordered brisket for a good chunk of our time there. And a couple other meats (jowl, etc.). Good quality, and no funky smell like 2N1 KBBQ over @ Temecula. We ordered the corn cheese fondue for the brisket, it is so GOOD for meat and cheese lovers. I recommend only getting 1 cup of the fondue since it fills up the stomach easily. It was a great time.
Atmosphere: We came right on opening time, so it was just us upon arrival; as we ate, people gradually filled the seats--but the service quality didn't diminish despite that.
Result: Yes, I'd definitely come here again. My new favorite KBBQs. Everything...
Read more🥩 Meat Selection The Rib Eye and Short Rib may be limited, but they’re absolutely worth it! The meat is fresh and definitely not processed—far superior to many AYCE spots in K-town. • Beef Tongue: Super tender and silky, so good we had to order a second round. • Pork Jowl: Juicy and crispy, with an amazing texture. • Beef Brisket: Incredibly tender and flavorful, especially when paired with their unique sesame oil and sugar seasoning—absolutely delicious. • The must-have sides, steamed egg and cheese corn, were also great!
🥬 Side Dishes & Special Eating Hack The variety of banchan was impressive, and the staff even introduced us to a genius way to eat the meat: dip it in the sauce, add a small piece of lettuce, then wrap it in their signature crispy pickled radish—it instantly cuts the greasiness and enhances the flavor.
Before the meal, they served pumpkin porridge and radish beef soup, both incredibly flavorful and reminiscent of homemade comfort food. The kimchi pancake was crispy and not too greasy. To finish, they offered a sweet tea that was both refreshing and a perfect palate cleanser.
🔥 Service The service was excellent! The staff constantly checked on us, reminding us when the meat was ready, helping cut it, and even teaching us special dipping techniques.
The entire dining experience was fantastic—definitely worth a return visit! 💰 Price per...
