Summary: A true hidden gem and the staff are so kind and polite. I will gladly return again for all my electronic repair needs and to buy some hard-to-find collectible games. They fixed my PS4 power connector, that I accidentally took off from the motherboard when I was trying to clean it myself last week. I took my PlayStation 4 to them for repair yesterday and got it back the following day. It was an amazing turnaround time, I honestly expected to wait close to a week like some other shops in Los Angeles. Their prices are extremely fair especially when compared to the other shops, not only in Los Angeles but online as well. I can see why they remain at 5 stars with over 690+ reviews, unlike all other electronic repair services in Los Angeles. I highly recommend them and already texted a friend telling them where they can take their PS4 for a deep cleaning to avoid accidentally disconnecting the power connector like I did.

Original Story: So, my PlayStation 4 sounded like a jet engine the past few months whether I played a game or watched a show. I would periodically clean the sides with a Q-tip but that hardly helped. I finally got the courage last weekend to clean it after watching over 10 different YouTube videos. I know, watching over 10 YouTube videos on the same topic may seem like a lot, but I just wanted to make sure that I was doing everything correctly and that I found the correct make and model for my Star Wars Darth Vader PS4. I honestly feel like most of those YouTube videos purposefully skimmed or didn't go into full detail on how to properly remove the power connector from the motherboard for deep cleaning purposes. Especially the ones that offered their website or their friend's website on their YouTube video "incase repairs are needed" like a few mentioned. I checked their sites, and all of them wanted to charge at least 140+ to fix and charge an additional fee for cleaning if they believed it was needed, that's aside from paying to ship the PS4 to them and waiting who knows how long to get it back. I expect it would've taken at least 2+ weeks to get it back, which is inconvenient and expensive. So, I spent the entire week either visiting or calling over 20 different stores that dealt with electronic repairs throughout Los Angeles. All quoted similar prices if not higher, some gave attitude, some stated it would take a week to fix. I also went on yelp and google reviews to read as much about every store as possible, so I know what to expect. Thats when I came across this hidden gem with over 690+ reviews and a 5-star rating. It's located in Koreatown which is a bit out of the way for me since I live in on the far side of the East Los Angeles area, but the trip was well worth it. I would highly recommend this place to everyone over the other shops in Los Angeles city and county. I was so surprised to get my PlayStation 4 back the following day. The price for the power connector repair was extremely fair especially when compared to their competitors and they threw in a deep cleaning with new thermal paste free of charge, blowing their competitors out of the water in my personal opinion. Hello everyone I have to say I enjoy going to games & Video. Been a loyal customer for a good couple of years or so. Two days ago I went in for a repair job for my PS5. A picture frame slam into the HDMI plug ruined my ps5 HDMI. So my PS5 no longer showing any pictures. I was getting different amounts on how much it will cost to repair this thing. At that point I was like debating if I should just buy a new PS5 and just give up on this one. if I send it to PlayStation themselves, they were asking 330+ tax and other places were asking for 250 to 300 for repairs. The owner of shop that was running the shop and she gave me an amount for $180 for repairs. Not only that they even throw in a cleaning of dust buildup and replace the thermal liquid in my PS5. I gave my PS5 on Thursday doing the afternoon and she gave it back to me on Friday night! I was expecting to wait maybe Saturday or Monday. A fast repair and return time! I am quite satisfied since last time I came here for a repair job. They fixed up my PS4 pretty easily for $100 for a damage laser reader for the disc drive. They also have a good amount of games that some people might enjoy having, ps4, ps5, Xbox 360, Wii, switch and many more. I highly recommend coming by in and looking around. I absolutely adore this place. I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago to get my PS4 repaired. Gina was honest and transparent about the price range for the repairs. Not only did they give me the cheapest possible outcome for the repair ($80) but they also fixed it in 24 hours! It collected dust for 6 years. They took apart every piece to dust it off. I imagine it was a three hour job so I genuinely can’t complain just how spectacular, timely, and fair they were the repair.

Yesterday, I popped in bc I was just in the area and ended up walking out with a PS5! They only had one and she sold it at a fair marked-up price.

Today, I brought in my PS4, two controllers, and some games to trade-in for cash. Gina showed me the trade-in value at GameStop, totaled it out, and STILL GAVE ME MORE MONEY.
