Ameci Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've ignored this place for years because it was in a strip mall. So... our favorite pizza place closed and I thought I'd give this place a try. Oh... My... God! Never Will I Ever judge a book by its cover again! The eggplant parmesan was to die for, melt in your mouth, generous portions, absolutely delicious! The fettuccine Alfredo was a miracle in my mouth, and the spaghetti marinara perfect! The Italian salad was generous with plenty of veggies and finally a place that doesn't skimp on the salad dressing they send you! We also ordered the vegetarian pizza and to be honest, it was just ok. It needed more sauce, cheese, and perhaps more herbs in the sauce or somewhere. They were generous with the toppings! We don't eat meat, so I can't vouch for any other pizza, but from the other reviews on a popular food app, people love this place. They have a full menu which gives you plenty of choices. You could eat something different for a month if you came daily. Their prices are good and the service is friendly! This is our new go-to...

2020,11-19/1630: I can tell the food was delicious - it looked incredible. The restaurant smelled amazing but it was a combination of the bakery next door when I had asked.

The food came out beautiful as expected. They still have it in them after all these years. Sadly, I have a tomato allergy and asked for my turkey sub without tomatoes but it was covered in tomatoes. A huge bummer so that's why I gave them three stars. Maybe next time, I'll be able to have a turkey sub or anything else, if they get my order right. It looked so good. Just like an East Coast grinder-good look. Believe me, I was so sad.

The Chef's Salad looked great. It was a huge portion. I couldn't try it but I was told it was fantastic and so was the ranch dressing.

Looking at their portions to pricing, it's great and you won't be disappointed. Next time, if we ever come back, I'd like to try the Philly...

First off I want to start off by saying I did this on the Uber eats app to this place and I specifically ordered the hot Cheetos pizza. I didn’t even receive that, instead I received a ham and pineapple pizza instead, and I am extremely upset that my order was mismatched because I was looking forward to eating it… not only that it was really late I didn’t receive my order until like 10 PM thinking it was going to be the pizza that I ordered and it became something completely different. Please do better and making sure you check the orders for Uber eats...
