The food here is perfect. I’ve never had a bad experience when it comes to the food. The staff are friendly, and the prices aren’t too bad considering how expensive kosher food can get. You are provided multiple places to sit, and can access things like ketchup and other condiments without extra payment (which is great). The most important part, which is the food itself, is outstanding. Since it’s a food truck, all the food comes hot and fresh. The falafels are great, the schnitzel is amazing, the fries are delicious; they are seasoned with the perfect amount of paprika, which I don’t see a lot of kosher places do well. The Moroccan cigars are perfect, with the bread-to-meat ratio being perfect. The salads and vegetables offered are always great. The cabbage salads are always chewy and firm, and the dressings have a strong taste. The pickles are my favorite; they are chewy and have the perfect sourness. The pita is also very fluffy, and a lot better than your grocery store pita. There are a lot of other foods on their menu, but this is from what I have tried.
