Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I been going to this baskin Robbins for excatly 9 years now I was very happy with the service,but since this year begin in January they never have Oreo shakes every time ago they don’t have it and they almost never have none of flavors that I want of ice cream I bought a cake for my son last night none of us like it the bread taste old who knows for how long they have had it there so we just ended up eating the ice cream in that case I should of just bought ice cream and on top of that we order mocha shakes they had no ice cream of vanilla or mocha so we decided to get one of the almond mocha and one of chocolate she told us wich one was wich but we ended up getting the wrong one 🙄 so honestly this is not good...

The service in the afternoon is beyond poor. The staff took 3 minutes (yes, we timed it) to get to us, they were talking amongst themselves in the back of the counter. When they got to us, it took them 10 minutes to serve us 3 single scoops on a cup and a monster freeze. Then, one of the employees , whose nametag was stapled to her hat, was stalking with a slur of obscenities, "the f ing bi.. " - she kept on saying in addition of so many "f" words that I honestly lost count of. Finally, there was enough monster freeze left in the blender to make a small one, I wonder if this is a common practice at Baskin Robins, to overshoot the drinks that much. This is the second similar experience at this store...

The manager for today got upset because I got my own cake when the freezer wasn't even locked. "Leticia" is her name. She refused to write happy birthday on the cake for the same reason. When it wasn't even my fault, the freezer wasn't locked. She said she was low on icy when I knew it was a lie. Minutes later, I walked out and made a call to ask if they had happy birthday candles or write happy birthday, and they said "we are low on candles but we can write happy birthday to your cake". Never said nothing about low icy. She is very lucky, I don't like to tell people off, but I'm sure someone will with that attitude. I am just happy to know that she was really...
