Jamba — Restaurant in Los Angeles

On 4/30/25 at 6:28 pm, I enter the store and notice the music was very loud. There was a short Latina girl at the register and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I walk up and waited for her to finished a drink she was making. I ask her I wanted a gift card and she was having trouble with the POS register. This black girl (Alicia P.)came to help her and took over the register and the Latina girl continued to make the drinks. I told her I wanted a $20 gift card. And she said ok. She rang me up and complete my purchase. When she handed my receipt I notice she charge me $40. I told her I didn’t ask for this and would like you to correct this. She said “oh my sorry I thought you said 40?” And I said no I said $20. (If the music wasn’t that loud I wouldn’t be having this problem.) I told her to undo the whole transaction and give me the correct amount. At the point she was punching alot of buttons fast and told me to grab a different card and she can split the transaction. I told her whatever works best for you. But I knew something didn’t feel right. She kept my original receipt of $40 and gave me my new one. And she told me that I should receive a $20 credit in my bank account within 3 business days. I left and days passed and I never received my money back in my checking account. I follow up on the 5th day and walk-in again and spoke with Francine. I told her what happen and she ask for my original receipt of $40 dollars and I told no she took my receipt. I left her my information to tell the manager and to follow up with me. Days passed and no contact. I would never come here again and the customer of the two girls is not professional. And she stole from me. This is not cool...

When I lived in LA about 10 years ago I never had an issue with this place.. But today was my worst experience at this location. I know what I drink I know what I order and I know exactly how it's supposed to look and taste The little girl arguing with me telling me this is how it's supposed to be, when in fact I know what it's supposed to look like and supposed to taste like. It is the only drink I ever order. So you literally do not know what it is supoosed to look like or taste. The little girl made it exactly the wrong way a second time...i got my money back and left and i will not be returning to this Jamba Juice again. The little Hispanic girl who opened on 9/10/22 was rude and disrespectful, yall need to have a conversation with her about customer service. I was not the only one she...

My experience here was terrible Francis is awful Manager she was not accommodating to the the customer (me) There Wi-Fi was down so I couldn’t use my card and I only had cash mind u I drove from hawthorn to this location because they had the drink I wanted so I asked for a small discount so can afford the the drinks do to the fact that I only had cash….she told the young employee that they do have to give me a discount even tho it was there system that no work… they allowed me to leave without service very disappointed in her customer service and for that I will never shop here again… Btw stow is very dirty and employees are extremely lazy with no customer service very poor establishment with poor leadership….
