On 4/30/25 at 6:28 pm, I enter the store and notice the music was very loud. There was a short Latina girl at the register and she didnât even acknowledge me. I walk up and waited for her to finished a drink she was making. I ask her I wanted a gift card and she was having trouble with the POS register. This black girl (Alicia P.)came to help her and took over the register and the Latina girl continued to make the drinks. I told her I wanted a $20 gift card. And she said ok. She rang me up and complete my purchase. When she handed my receipt I notice she charge me $40. I told her I didnât ask for this and would like you to correct this. She said âoh my sorry I thought you said 40?â And I said no I said $20. (If the music wasnât that loud I wouldnât be having this problem.) I told her to undo the whole transaction and give me the correct amount. At the point she was punching alot of buttons fast and told me to grab a different card and she can split the transaction. I told her whatever works best for you. But I knew something didnât feel right. She kept my original receipt of $40 and gave me my new one. And she told me that I should receive a $20 credit in my bank account within 3 business days. I left and days passed and I never received my money back in my checking account. I follow up on the 5th day and walk-in again and spoke with Francine. I told her what happen and she ask for my original receipt of $40 dollars and I told no she took my receipt. I left her my information to tell the manager and to follow up with me. Days passed and no contact. I would never come here again and the customer of the two girls is not professional. And she stole from me. This is not cool...

I know what I drink I know what I order and I know exactly how it's supposed to look and taste The little girl arguing with me telling me this is how it's supposed to be, when in fact I know what it's supposed to look like and supposed to taste like. It is the only drink I ever order. So you literally do not know what it is supoosed to look like or taste.
