I ordered a meat lovers large pizza on the Moblie app with special instructions to put half red onions on the left side of the pizza. I also put for the pizza to start at 8pm, mind you it was ordered at 6:45 or so. Igor my pizza about 8:30 and the delivery guy was very pleasant. I opened the pizza and it was onions over the whole pizza, I immediately called and spoke with Jose. Jose was the rudest person to be the first contact I have EVER spoke too. I informed him I ordered online with special instructions and my pizza was wrong. In a very rude manner he says “well we don’t go by special instructions online. I’m like ok, but you deliver the order at the time people select? How can you see that but nothing else. He states that they can not see anything but the order and no special instructions. I’m said well do you have a corporate number? He said find it online and hung up…… just rude. The lady delivered my pizza without a bag or any protection from the MINI VAN she was driving with a DOG KENNEL ON THE ROOF. YOU NEVER MIX PET SUPPLIES WITH FOOD DELIVERY!! APPEARS UNSANITARY. my pizza wasn't square cut as I requested . They didn't follow instructions to upgrade my pizza size to a XL large. The website is not very customer pleasing because you can't even order what you want with the choices they give and putting it in the comments was unsuccessful because they don't seem to read special requests. Read moreWhen I placed my order for delivery it gave me a timeframe of 10-20 minutes . I placed my order at 9:10 the pizza was not delivered until 10pm . I contacted Pizza Hut to inquire about my order and the supervisor was very rude . He told me , “oh well, we are doing the best we can, we have several deliveries and Uber picked up your pizza at 9:30pm. Give them 15 more minutes.” This was already at 9:55pm. Pizza Hut is literally 5 minutes from my house. The supervisor never apologized for the inconvenience. His tone and attitude was so bad I had ask him was this a corporation or franchise. He identified himself as the general manager . He refused to give me the owners information. He directed me to file a complaint online . This was by far the worst service and experience ever . Had my kids not have been hungry and me being out of town I would have canceled this order...
