Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm back, Ist. review said: They delivered food with NO Condiments, napkins, utensils, and on their website, NO option to pick and choose sauces so you naturally assume they would be added, even 1-each. Nope and needed cuz food can be dry or hard, esp. the Broccoli, unless you like hard to chew and swallow veg. This they need to Stop!! 2nd review: Now Panda shows the "Condiments" waaay down at end of the order page. Don't get too tired when picking and choosing items, to go way down to end where condiments and sauces are. That's the catch, that you will hurry up and order and forget to go way down to see the condiments. Also, "LOOK" at your order page closely before paying, if you don't see the condiments, sauces there, go back and choose. If you don't pay attn. when checking out, you will make mistakes, as-in...quantity incorrect etc. At least they corrected this, so I changed the Star options. You gotta be careful what areas you order from too, higher the income, nicer the homes, the fast food will be better, cuz folks with money speak up usually. If more folks brought food back and asked for money back, they would think twice about ripping people off with hard, dry, old food. Oh yeah, in the drive through, real-important here, once you receive your order "Do Not" just drive away, pull over to the side, and Check your order, you got to! I know, busy, but if you don't check your order before leaving, once home and look, see it's wrong, it's too late. You messed up, it's on you, nothing you can say later. These fast food rests.'s and just food delivered period, count on you just "accepting" and do nothing (notice say nothing didn't write.) They auto., on purpose prepare your orders incorrectly, what-bad vision, can't read, don't care cuz your gonna accept. Whatever they trippin about, it's up to us to stop all this, by checking 1st., then not accepting.. Re: Delivery, unless in a good, decent, nice neighborhood, better get up and go get...

If I could I would rate this location no stars. I ordered online an hour before picking up my order and by the time I got to the location it was still not ready, which I got there a little after the time I had scheduled the food to be ready for pick up. First Josefina said it would take an additional 10 mins and I asked why if the food was suppose to have been ready 30 mins ago, while all this time she walked away leaving me with the word in my mouth. Than I talk to Maria who was the manager, and I asked her that why is the food not ready if I placed it an hour and a half ago, she said that there was other people ahead of me that also placed the order online. The other people waiting had placed their order there at the location, because I noticed they had paper receipts. And after I proceeded to ask for a refund which she refused and when I did ask for my refund another associate Itzel bursted in a disrespectful laughter. I dont see what was so funny about asking for a refund for an order that was not ready. At the end of the day the manager got my order ready but was rude about it and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I will forsure be reaching out to...

Idk why they keep the store open an hour before closing if they aren’t going to cook any more food!This is unacceptable and poor business management.If Panda is Express is so worrries about losing money on extra food left at the end they should send home their employees home instead.It doesn’t make sense to have a full staff if they aren’t making money??? In that 1 minute I was there, 8 other people walked away as well on a Saturday night! Easily $80 wasted in 1 min.

3/17/24 8:13 pm Decided to give them another try and again disappointed! Long line when we got there. They see a long line and don’t have the brains to make the cook, put more items to cook because it’s gonna eventually gonna get empty. Yup when I got to the front of the line a lot of the items were missing and had to wait to be cooked. They served the online orders before the people waiting in line that were there first which made the wait even longer ! Finally got the front and had to wait for chowmein, steak,chicken, and egg rolls. We had to wait for the eggs rolls extra time. They had finished serving 8 guests behind us before we got the egg rolls. In total we were standing longer...
