I always love the Baskin-Robbins vanilla-flavored ice cream. And today, I went to the Baskin-Robbins in the San Pedro location. They had a big parking lot and I didn't have a problem finding a parking space. When I walked into the store, a young lady, Abby, greeted me with a big smile. She was friendly, sweet & attentive. She helped me choose the menu. My favorite ice cream flavor was vanilla. She was very helpful and she was kind to the customer. I ordered one scoop of vanilla ice cream and I also got one quart of ice cream to take home. One scoop of ice-cream was $4.99 & one quart of ice-cream was $8.99 which was a reasonable price. I couldn't wait until I went home so I tried the ice cream in my car. Vanilla-flavored ice cream was creamy & so tasty. I just love Baskin-Robbins' vanilla ice cream! It was delicious & flavorful ice cream! I would like to recommend The Baskin-Robbins ice cream shop to everyone. They make the best ice cream! Also, they have excellent customer service.

Not the most polite employees. Once the owner, who was just there for a minute while we were, left the girls entire attitude changed. The ice cream was great, but I wouldn't go anywhere with rude employees for any product. Wished I had gone elsewhere for the 5 ice creams we bought.

Great, customer service. I had 1on1 experience with either the owner or manager. I ordered a cake over the phone for my husbans BIRTHDAY within just a couple of hours. Unfortunately i give myself a 0. Y, because they were nice to make me a cake and i walked out with a different Cake "cookies&creme". Yummy, no regrets... Even the grown-ups that i never see eat BIRTHDAY cake, had some. The night turned...
