I was in there today to pick up my kids food that I ordered on the app. I go there alot and now I'm not. There is a girl by the name of Lidia Ruiz( that's what she told us when my wife asked for her name) she has sideburn tattoos on her face. She asked me what I needed not a can I help you . Her customer service sucks. I told her I'm her to pick up for someone and gave her the name. She ignored me all this time and she also let's the kids smoke in there. They don't care at all. My app said that my food would be ready at 3:59pm so I waited and waited till it was 4:10pm and no one asked me have I been helped after. So I spoke up to the young girl that was doing the drive thru and said excuse me im here to pick up and it's been 10 mins and no one has helpped me. You guys only look at me and ignored me . She found my bag of food put aside in the driver thru when we put on the app that we will pick it up inside. So the young girl apologized for it but as I walked out Lidia with the sideburns said just cancel it next time bye. I turned around and said excuse me and she said it again with no hesitation. So I spoke up to her thinking I would stay quiet. And told her that she needs to learn how to work with customers and that I want her managers number she said good bye. This place is very ghetto and I'm embarrassed that I was treated this way. She shouldn't be working there . I called and spoke to an Amy after calling multiple times and got hung up multiple times as well and they did not want to give me any managers or supervisor or regional managers number. I'm sure I'll get a response from corporate. She also had a little attitude on her and advised her not to back her up cause I'm gonna let corporate know the time that I called and spoke with her. I'm sure they have cams there. I honestly never gonna go there anymore. Read moreBeen going here for years. I went here today to get the usual and they accused me of giving them a fake $20 bill... they said they ran it through their machine and it came back as fake. It wasnt, i got it from a friend who bought a speaker from me and i watched him get it out of the atm.So I told them to give it back to me so I can take it to the person who gave it to me and they were actually gonna try to keep my money and tried to tell me that i had "done this before and they have a picture of my vehicle from the last time". I have never passed a fake in my life. I held up the entire line, told them to call the police , and then they finally agreed to give it back only if they could write FAKE across it in marker. I agreed. Im glad that i didnt back down cause I then took that same bill to the laundromat and asked my friend to scan it in his machine. The bill passed. I had to take the bill to a car wash and get dollar coins because they wrote FAKE across it and it was too embarrassing to take it to another store. They falsely accused me of being a thief. This isn't the first time that the staff has been rude, but this is the first time that they made an accusation that was totally out of bounds. Won't be spending my money here ever again. October 20th. Had a decent size order, which included a crunchwrap. Although I admit I should have checked the order thoroughly when recieving it I was with others and decided just to take off. When getting back to my place I realized that I did not receive the one crunchwrap that I ordered, everything else was included.
So I decided later that day to go back and explain the situation. When arriving I was told I needed to have called or bring the receipt to verify, which is a reasonable request. So later that night, I found the receipt that consisted of this order and decided I would go back the following morning.
October 21, around 10ish I went back to the location and was "helped" by Teresa R, very lovely lady, who accused me of trying to get free food. Even after explaining I brought the receipt from the night when we were first there she proceeded to insist that I was there the day before trying to pull the same card. After further explanation of how they said I needed to bring the receipt back, I was so irritated that i just drove off.
I understand people do this to try to get free food but its not like I dont have money to pay for a stupid crunchwrap, its more the principle that is in question. Stealing money from your customers is not okay. And all this over a damn crunchwrap. Welp no more Taco Bell for me.
