Big Time Burgers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If I could, I would give this place no stars. These people here have the worst attitude I have ever seen in an employee/person. They made me feel like I was taking up there time and rushed me to finish, and when my card declined, because I pushed a wrong number for my pin, he shoved his card reader in my face and said “see? it’s declined”, instead of waiting so we can do the transaction again, he left with a horrible attitude. I was checking my bank account and found out that the guy did end up charging my card, even though we did not receive anything. I went back to get money back, showed him that he took the money out of my bank and STILL gave me attitude about giving me my money back, once again shoving a receipt in my face. I would never recommend anyone to come here, the worst customer service...

Used to eat here alot as a kiddo in the 90s, the food is still as delicious as I remembered and really hit the spot! The service was wonderful and the gentleman that helped me went as far as to call me to let me know that my order was ready so that my food would still be fresh when I arrived. Service like this is unheard of today, it's refreshing to see that places like this that serve delicious, nostalgic comfort food while delivering great customer service still exist. Stopped real quick to grab lunch for my wife and I. And it was really tasty, and I got quick service and they were very straight forward but nice. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the burger patty was so thin. It had great flavor don't get me wrong and I loved the entire burger I just wish there was a thicker patty. That being said I'm for sure going back and I'm just going to make sure that I order a double burger for both my wife and I. I recommend this place the fries are pretty good too. Nice and hot, crisp but not burnt, and I believe have Lawry's seasoning salt on it or something similar which was a nice touch. Go here, try it out just make sure you get multiple patties.
