Magnolia thai cuisine — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is a new Thai restaurant in my Valley Village neighborhood. I was not a fan of the former Thai restaurant that was at this location for years only eating there twice in 34 years. Today I decided to give the new Msgnolia Thai Cuisine a try. I am glad I did. The restaurant still has that homey old school interior. The service was very polite and excellent. The pricing is very good. I ordered my favorite dish, which is Kung Pao Chicken. Very reasonably priced and very good. I live around the corner and will be a repeat customer. Amazing service the owners are always super nice and welcoming 🙏 the food taste and quality is top notch 👌 me and family go there once a week for dinner and we keep coming back because they make us feel at home and they're is little to no wait time and not to mention there Mango sticky rice is the best I've ever had it's a must anytime we come here. The chef 👨‍🍳 Francisco comes out and personally has ask us about our food quality and experience making sure we're taken care of correctly 😉 staff is amazing 👏 Definitely recommended 100/10 Prices...

Jacqueline is extremely sweet and courteous. I came from OC and my phone charge was low. She charged it and threw in extra rice too.

But if I see a price of 7.99 on the menu I expect it to pay 7.99 plus tax not 17.99. I was only told later that the seafood Tom Yum is only one size.

This is a common trend in restaurants where bill doesn't match the price.

And customers usually want to have a good time and not make a fuss or haggle.

And I am not codo either. I tipped the server $5 but I expect to pay the...
