Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I would give a zero if I could. Went in and there was someone ahead of me, she said go ahead of her so I thanked her the server said to give her a minute and I said ok. I knew what I wanted my simple usual a cinnamon roll I’d get once a month at the Yum Yum near my old place and well I moved in this area a few months back and have been craving my usual, I waited and waited and well waited, she was filling a huge take out order and I understood this but she never motioned to me again which k felt was incredibly rude so what do you do when you are paying them to serve you and ignore a paying patron, I left, the lady left and the guy that walked in soon after me he left, she never noticed him as well. The woman who works the night shift is amazing! She is always so nice and thats why we come here. I usually get the apple fritter which is so good. I like it because it's big and it fills me up. I usually get it heated up at 30 seconds which is the perfect temperature. They have a huge selection of donuts and they're always baking fresh donuts late at night. I like the maple old fashioned, I like the sugar donut, and I like the glazed as well. They also have bagel sandwiches. The ingredients inside the bagel are pretty good but the bagel itself is not that great. This location is located at the corner of Colfax and Magnolia right across the street from North Hollywood High School. Ordered at this location by mistake and immediately called so they wouldn't start the order and waste food / see if the mistake could be corrected. It was my mistake so I was being incredibly nice and a kind young women answered and tried to be helpful , but then an older woman took the phone and began telling me it was not her problem , and that even though they didn't start my food they weren't going to cancel it so I couldn't get a refund. I tried to explain again how it was a mistake and she kept yelling it wasn't her problem and hung up the phone. I had to speak to DoorDash who thankfully corrected the order but I KNOW she couldn't cancelled the order because I've worked at a yum yum before. So she's full of it , rude , and truthfully awful at her job....
