Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Wow it's amazing how this franchise is open the owner Daniel treats his employees terrible he yells at them constantly no one smiles or wants to even work there their controller is a rude controlling person I was going to get hired there making more money then she does and she did all she can to stop the transaction. I met with them and she pulled out there expenses on repairs which was 60 k or more. Daniel hired me then kept putting it off claiming he was to busy. Each time I went there he was screaming at his manager as if she was a child really sad. When I made arrangements to finally come aboard when it was time to start he lied stating he was just going to discuss hiring me then he said there expenses were 30 k when I corrected him he said he didn't like my attitude and I told him why cause I speak the truth the only reason their in business is because of the Blaze Pizza name. They are so cheap controlling and rude. DON"T GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!! they go cheap on everything try going in no one smiles says welcome or gives you anything extra on your pizza without an attitude.He thinks because in his country that is how they treat each other THIS IS AMERICA stay with your Home Depot workers...

I have been going to blaze pizza for a while now and have never had the most friendly experience. It is quick and easy so that's why I go there. But after the experience I had today I will walk or drive elsewhere. The woman was so rude to me. There was a new girl and she was very nice and said that I could get the one topping pizza. All I was asking for was feta cheese and garlic. The girl was new so she was unaware that that was a two topping pizza, wishing I didn't realize was two topping either. The next woman who was doing the toppings was so rude. I told her the girl said it was a one topping pizza and she rudely she's new what do you want on it. It's not so much the cost that bothered me but the rudeness and attitude that the girl had when I was giving her my business. Never going back and very dissapointed. Never had a great customer experience there but this just made my decision pretty clear. If they don't want my business I won't...

Blaze, always had delicious pizza but the service is slow, the bar for the toppings that can be seen by customers is ALWAYS FILTHY when I've gone for the last five times. The employees move as if they're "not interested" in getting the customers in & out promptly. There, is ALWAYS A LARGE GROUP of people STANDING AROUND at the front counter where u pick up your order. When, everyone should be sitting down as they wait. This, would prevent other customers from being "ANNOYED" by those STANDING & BLOCKING their way AFTER they've placed their order. It, wasn't always congested with people in that way & shouldn't be ever. Dealing, with getting past covid and the spread of viruses, seriously makes it "uncomfortable" & that should be remembered. I hope they get better. The one on Figueroa is the worst with cleanliness at the toppings bar. So, I just don't go there anymore because of it. They, should do better at...
