Pho N Mor — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went 5 times in the first weeks of this place being open and can honestly say that I really enjoyed the first 4 visits to this establishment, the food was great, the atmosphere was right, and the service was great. On my fifth visit however I had the misfortune of having this Hispanic gentleman as my server. From the beginning when my pho arrived cold and my friend’s arrived pipping hot, my friend took the initiative to ask if it was possible to heat up or replace the soup. The response from the server was to belittle my friend’s intelligence and try to explain what a pot is and how replacing it wouldn’t be possible, somehow once I got up and was a little more insistent he was able to replace the soup. After this the gentleman never came to our table once again and we had to wait until he was servicing tables around us to ask for more stuff. If this was the end I wouldn’t have written this review, but after that interaction when we tried to ask for extra noodles as per their “unlimited noodles” policy, the gentleman proceeded to say that we only get one extra order of noodles per order which contradicts both my previous visits and the words on their menu. Got Pho Tai Nam for togo! And that was such a smart choice! The counter was nice and clean and the packing was so thoutful! I didn't need anything else. It was packaged nice and clean.

Food was good. All the veggies were fresh and the meat was PRIME quality. Compared to other pho places, the broth is less salty here. So if you like strong flavor, add salt or Sriracha to it.
