My family and I paid this location a visit for an early dinner on Saturday June 17th. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated almost immediately and the waiter came over to take our drink orders and returned within a few minutes with them. We were a large party of 6 adults and 1 child.
Awesome service up until then.
After our drink order, our waiter took some time to come back and take our order (about 10 minutes). We waited for our food for about 30 - 40 minutes. A bit long, regardless we were patient. While waiting for our food, we did notice several large parties be seated, have their drinks brought out and their food brought out as well. As it should be, in a timely manner.
When our food finally arrived, the waiter seemed less than enthusiastic to present it. I felt as if my food was "plopped" down at me and noticed that the waiter plopped my families food down at them as well.
After our food had been brought out, we noticed our food was warm, as if it had been sitting in the warming area of the kitchen waiting to be picked up for quite some time. We also noticed we had no silverware or napkins and had to ask for these items to be brought out.
After finishing up, the waiter asked twice if he could close our ticket out or else he would transfer the ticket to another person who was taking over his area as he was leaving for the day.
To be clear, this was the last day I would be spending time with my family before heading home (Mid-West) and we wanted to enjoy some extra family time chit chatting at our table and maybe ordering some more food/drinks. My dad decided against this after the second time of being asked by the waiter if he could close us out. I noticed the waiter was clearly impatient and it was obvious he didn't want to miss out on a tip for such a large party.
My dad always tips well in cash and when the waiter noticed the tip line on the credit card receipt blank he called my dad out on it before he could even take out his wallet. He asked, quite loudly, if there was something wrong with the service provided and asked bluntly why he wasn't getting a tip.
I looked over to my dad, who was clearly taken aback, and he was forced to announce that we would be leaving a cash tip. I decided to bite my tongue during this and not lash out to enjoy the last few hours with my family.

Read moreONE STAR for the service, but 5 stars for the time I had with my husband; we didn't even get greeted by the waiter. He was racists because we could tell he didn't want to serve us. We planned to go here because it's basically our 3 year marriage anniversary and we met at a buffalo wild wings, I was a waitress; it was literally 11 in the morning, the literally just opened for the day, how can you mess up your second tables order, and literally it was so simple. But the answer is easy, he wasn't paying attention because he didn't care to. He just stared at us which made us feel uncomfortable. But we were getting faded so we had a good time regardless. The mess up was the type of cheese on my husband's all American cheeseburger. He wanted swiss. But he's a chef so he knew it wasn't swiss. Any who, one server that was working she was really sweet just stopped by to say I had a great smile and I told her she does to back even with the mask. No worries. We had similar high energy. Wishing she was our server. Anywho, they don't have beer pitchers there unfortunately and they have average prices like all buffalo wild wings so nothing out of the ordinary. Their menu stays pretty constant. I do love that they have public bathrooms and indoor and outdoor patio dining. And ofcourse the SEVERAL televisions. The place was overall generally well groomed and appealing to visit. Hope y'all enjoy, find me on Instagram at...
Read moreWent to this establishment on 9/19/22. Waited a long time before being acknowledged at the front door. Never received appetizer. We ordered pizzas that weren't very good. Ordered a hot fudge cake for my son. After paying, using the QR code, I realized that they charged me for the ice cream, which on the menu clearly includes it. When I told my server about it, she said that the managers make them charge for it even though it is supposed to come with it! She sent someone over to our table that said they were the manager, but she wasn't wearing a name tag so I am not sure it was really the manager. I informed the manager about not receiving the appetizer and her response was "Okay....?" I told her about the charge for ice cream, and she said the hot fudge cake does not come with ice cream, even though I showed her the menu stating that it is included. She was very rude to me for no reason. A simple apology, and that the problem would be resolved, would have sufficed. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, and own my own business. Customer service is everything! I wasn't as much worried about the charge, as I was with other people being overcharged and not being aware of it. It is false advertising and is illegal. I tried several times to contact the company through their website, but each time I tried to send the communication, it would kick me off the website. Very disappointed in...
