Hollywood Visitor Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

We booked a tour through The Hollywood Visitor Centre. Unfortunately we arrived 6 minutes late due to a late Uber pick up! When we arrived, we were bluntly told the bus has left and there’s a 5 mins grace period. Our tour was for 11am and the grace period was until 11.05am, we arrived at 11.06am. I can accept that us being late is our responsibility, and wouldn’t expect other paying guests to be waiting around for us. The issue was with the staff and how they handled the problem. They were so rude and blunt with us. They offered no solution or alternative plan and said no refund as we were 1 minute outside their grace period. We paid for a family of 4 so it wasn’t cheap! Would strongly recommended other tour companies which are more accommodating to their paying guests. I had a wonderful experience with this organization. The tour of the area was very worth it at a great price. Alejandra was incredible for us. Our bus had been filled and she quickly routed a new one for the rest of us. While we waited, she also offered complimentary coffee out of a very cool, automatic coffee making machine (worth seeing on its own). I realized I had lost my AirPods after the tours completion and Alejandra graciously sent them back to me in the mail. 5/5 for the organization. 10/5...
