Marshalls — Local services in Los Angeles

since my last visit they definetly improved in customer service . The officer at the top of the staircase is always extremely nice and welcoming . The store is very clean , shoe department could be a little better but I understand also that is hard to keep together because of all the people that go thought that Hollywood location . I like the kitchen section and sometime you can find nice items for sale on the northwest corner of the store . Defineltky a pleasant store to stop by

Today this store made me feel very uncomfortable, from when I entered the store , until the end . I was just walking around the store since I live across the street (lanewood avenue), I've been on the same street for almost 10 years , more than this Marshall s location , I think they thought I was stealing something , so 2 guards came when I was at the register and they waited by the stairs . The 2 ladies at the counter were extremely rude because my ATM card cannot be run as credit , it has to be run as debit , so if I don't enter my PIN it doesn't work , after the first attempt I let her know If she can run it as debit and she acts like she doesn't understand what I am talking about , and she doesn't know the POS she is using , i also told her that i think last week i used my card here to buy a Hydro Flask and some spices for the kitchen . Anyhow after that another lady approaches (extremely rude as well ) , she runs my card and she looks at me that it doesn't work , I tell them that I can t buy it , as I walk out I notice that I had 20$ , I walk back and tell them that I had cash to buy the item , they look at each other and sort of laugh , which made me very uncomfortable. I go ahead and purchase the item , as I turn around I see the guards standing by the entrance looking at me . Horrible location . I will never come back , you should check your staff. I understand working at this location might require a little bit more patience because of all the tourists etc.. they didn't even try to give a mediocre customer service . I am sure those are not the standards required...

I like the store, its a great option for household things that normally are because of their great quality a deal by the Store. I sometimes go there and find myself looking at my future husband in mind, its a bit another oasis for me to be positive about the future and determined not to ask for help but recognize that there's in health of people business that you can make your family, relationship, or household without having to ask for fairness and without disputes so expensive at the personal and spiritual level. I prefer hours and hours of studying Marshalls Franchise in the Store, and where I work / Study my Career Technician. I love myself so intense that I will always think of my personal information management and equality that exists unaware but sound in Marshall's, because I am from a small country and rest on my Legal Status (Good)

I love not to casual argue (grievance dispute) even by my own unsaid unconfort at unreal situations that lack my determined spirit not to do so. I govern my own trust in Goverment, Authorities, Society, and Social Program / Aide Recipients, Private Sector Forces and Market, Elegibility Rights Structure (Institutions, Dependent Subsidiaries of Welfare)... I reflect a Lot about the way to forward with this things and find peace of mind at home and school with Marshall's.

Too, I think I have a good Compass as Individual and as +LGBTQAI Gay Guy.. I like my foreing family ties to The USA, that I plan to treasure and keep sound in writting and courtesy, in Privacy and Intimacy Adult.

I am optimistic I can bring this Sentiments (Values).to my household yesterday, and keep my lifeline in that sense, That going to Marshall's Store enlightens Family and...

As a reviewer, I’m always looking for great deals just to shop and review places. This place wasn’t as good as I thought it would. The security was on his phone while monitoring me within less than 6 ft apart, I definitely felt alright but the fact that the young man was standing too close to me and not concerned about distancing I was concerned about what he was thinking or doing and why I happened to be the person he was standing close to. I felt a little threatened due to his height and his stance. The guy obliviously was monitoring because first he was standing 10 ft away from me looking in a different direction. I definitely am not surprised this situation because I’m familiar with retail and how the culture is. Anyhow, I felt very disturbed as regular customer that supports Marshall’s a lot so I just got two items and walked to the cash register line. The wait was long for it to be very few customers in the store who had very few items to checkout. In addition to my experience with the security, As I started to walk out with my purchase the security guy also was standing at the door staring me down. I hope I wasn't being mistaken for somebody else nor do I hope I was being profiled. I am not happy of what happened tonight with my experience as customer.
