VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR STAY!!!! 🤮🦗🦗🤮🦗🦗🤮BUGS🤮🦗🦗🤮🦗🦗🤮 Thought maybe it was decent for the area and price... BUT THE WEBSITE STAGES THE ROOMS... asked for a NON-SMOKING ROOM & THERE WAS A SMOKING TALL TIN DIRECTLY ACROSS OUR DOOR. The room was VERY DIRTY as I had to WIPE EVERYTHING DOWN WITH CLOROX WIPES. The top covers smelled and when I pulled them back they were black and dark...dirty in places. I took them off the beds immediately wiped the beds down. The FRIG WASN'T EVEN TURNED ON & WE HAD FOOD TO PUT IN THERE. 😡😠😡 Now we chose this LOCATION because of the reviews... The moment we got there the upstairs occupants were so loud with the bed WE THOUGHT THEYD COME THROUGH THE FLOOR👎🙉🤮🙉... THE DOORS DONT LOCK PROPERLY...AND IF LOOKING AT MY PHOTOS THE DECOR IS HORRIBLE...BROKEN BLINDS...PAINT & PUTTY THROWN ON WINDOW... AND NOT TO MENTION THE BUGS!!! 🤮🦗🦗🤮🦗🦗🤮🦗🤮🦗🦗🤮🦗🤮🦗🦗🤮 As my Grandson is laying on the bed a ROACH CRAWLS BY HIS RIGHT SIDE....I immediately grab whatever is close to grab it... then a cup & toilet paper smashing it before it CRAWLED INTO HIS EAR👂OR MOUTH👦 OR JUST ON HIM PERIOD!!! After getting him to calm down cause he had been screaming for hours... Myself and Mom...my daughter-in-law go let the front office know. The lady walks to our room... looking around as my Sons in the Shower... leaves the Door open looking around😡. Roaches Hide... they dont come out when you go looking for them but they sure will sneak up on you if they want or want something. 🤮🦗🤮 As we pack up and head out my Son heads to the car as we are stopped by a Male as he overhears myself and daughter in law talking & asked how our stay was. I asked are you the manager?? He said...NO NO NO... IM THE NIGHT MANAGER...YOUR LOOKING FOR THE DAY MANAGER...WHO HAPPENS TO BE OFF TODAY. (TONY) Argued with us... said Mom should have came to him right away...when her baby was screaming and she did come once he calmed down. That night manager LIED ...HAD MY SON AND HIS WIFE NOW GO BACK IN THERE.... HE SAID WE DONT EVEN HAVE THAT FLOORING IN OUR ROOMS...🤣REALLY CAUSE I PULLED TO PICS OFF THEIR WEBSITE THEY PROMOTE THAT IS THE SAME ROOM WE HAD🤣 & THAT MANAGER MY SON FOUND OUT LIED WE WAS THE SAME MANAGER WHO WE NEEDED TO TALK TO BUT DIDNT WANT TO DEAL WITH IT. VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL 👎😡🦗🤮 ABSOLUTELY...

Warning they steal your credit card details and use it for fraudulent transactions. Stayed there in June 2016 , room could not get any wifi (we complained and they said to walk down the hallway), one of the Windows did not lock , and we didn't feel safe leaving our belongings in the room while we were out so we left them in the hire car, very dated building , car park underneath is a shambles with not much room to move your car , with some funky stuff dripping from the ceiling and onto my hire car, one staff member was rude. On a positive note you do get what you pay for , it was cheap as, location location location in walking distance to everywhere that you would want to see on Hollywood Blvd , the room was huge, asked for more towels and they gave me extra towels no problem , bathroom was modern and quite large, free parking. Never staying there again though , I have a young family and my wife and children feared for their safety staying in this hotel . But this did add a story or two to tell about our holiday to the USA , this hotel was memorable for the wrong reasons . Oh one last thing and this is a major problem, my wife only used her credit card once in the USA and it was here , her details were stolen and used in New York , luckily our bank picked up on the fraudulent transaction and cancelled her card. Now just on that note we had to use that particular credit card to pay some extra money for some reason while we checked in and we were a bit annoyed for we had paid in full to our online hotel provider , and I feel it was a scam to get our card details , rot in hell the owner of this hotel .I am pulling one star away now because I just remembered and...

Should change their name to "Hollywood One Star Motel", still one star too much. The rooms were filthy and felt like they weren't cleaned properly over the years. The floor was sticky, the toilet smelled and there as dust everywhere. The airconditioning unit next to the bed and the vent in the bathroom were filled dust/mold chunks and I'm suprised we haven't become sick. The window blinds (also sticky and dusty) couldn't close entirely and fell off when trying to adjust them. When you pay $210 for 2 nights, you at least expect a clean room with towels. There were no towels in our room, wich meant we had to buy them (all other motels/hotels on our USA trip had them). I'm glad we had to buy them, so we at least had something clean in our room.

Some positive things: they have an enclosed parking garage, on a 2 minute walk of the Hollywood walk of fame and a 15 minute drive away of Universal Studios.

Yes, it's a motel in a prime location of Los Angeles, but that's basically it. I hope the management reads this and acknowledge they have to step up their game. In the meanwhile stay away from this...
